Kokonoe: Many years ago, Ragyo discovered the original life fiber and decided to use it to rule the world. Sometime later, she met a man named Shoichiro Kiryuin. She eventually married him and they had a child together named Satsuki who would be the first failed test subject of fusing life fibers. So, she decided to try and have another child, who ended up as the second failure. Annoyed by this, Ragyu tried to dispose of her second born.

Junko: That's when Shochiro realized a very important thing... Ragyo... is a terrible mother.

Kokonoe: Bad mother she may be, but she's still extremely powerful.

Junko: Right. She had immense strength.

Junko: She broke three swords with little effort. Two of which impaled her hands. And a single kick from her created a huge shockwave and sent her daughter flying sky high.

Kokonoe: She's incredibly fast too.

Kokonoe: Upon turning around, she was able to react to and dodge a missle with little effort. She can fly to space in seconds and was able to keep up with Ryuko and Satsuki, both of whom are incredibly fast in their own right.

Junko: For weapons, she has her Life Fiber Swords.

Junko: Two blades that were created using hardened Life Fibers. These swords can cut through practically anything and can alter their shape as she pleases. They can also stop life fiber regeneration to an extent.

Kokonoe: She is also in possession of a few Kamui's which boost her speed, power and durability. She has three and her first one is Kamui Junketsu.

Kokonoe: This increases her already impressive states. It also hardens her skin, making it several times harder than steel.

Junko: Her other is Shinra-Koketsu.

Junko: This increases her defense immensely, making her practically invulnerable to physical harm. It also gives her shapeshifting abilities, letting her turn  her arms into large spikes and her body into a rocket for faster travel. And once she turns into Dio and takes away all her humanity, she unlocks her Kamui's second and final form!

Junko: Once again, her states get boosted as she's way faster than she was before. Her manipulation of life fibers has also increased as she can stab thousands of holes into her victims in seconds.

Kokonoe: Some of her abilities include Mind Stitching.

Kokonoe: By casting out life fibers, she can ensnare a foe and control them like a puppet. She can even change their memory. However, a strong willed foe can break free from her control.

Junko: She also has absolute control over Life Fibers.

Junko: And since she's made of Life Fibers, she can control her entire body however she likes. She can even change her shape and size if need be. In addition to this, she also has a healing factor that makes her nearly impossible to kill.

Kokonoe: Right. As long as one tiny string is attached to her body, she can always regenerate. Weather it's from getting beheaded or getting cut to pieces.

Junko: Dame. Is there any way to kill this chick?

Kokonoe: She does actually have one big weakness. And that's her heart.

Kokonoe: If you somehow manage to get past her tough skin and destroy her heart, she'll end up blowing up in a pool of blood.

Junko: Ouch. That's not a good way to die. Still, she does have a weakness in her own arrogance. Despite being remarkably smart, her own arrogance often leaves her overlooking crucial details and getting caught off guard several times. Not to mention her final form lacks complete common sense.

Kokonoe: Still, if there was anyone more fit to conquer the whole world by force, it's Ragyo Kiryuin.
