Monika: Halloween is a very special holiday for many people, especially these two massive killers who wander in the night.

Ann: Jason Voorhees, the brutal mass murder of Friday the 13th.

Monika: And Michael Myers, the silent serial killer of Halloween.

Ann: I'm Ann Takamaki.

Monika: And I'm Monika. Get ready to know fear, cause it's time for a Death Battle!

In a forest near Camp Crystal Lake, Laurie Strode was running away from Michael Myers. She turned her head and saw him right behind her hiding near a tree.

Laurie: Oh god no... stay awa-

Laurie suddenly tripped over nothing and fell to the ground. She was exhausted as she heard a sound.

Jason: ki... ki... ki... ma... ma... ma...

Laurie looked up to see what was making that sound, as she saw Jason right above her.

Laurie: AAAAAAGH!

Laurie screamed in fear as Jason grabbed her by the foot and swung her, slamming her head into a tree as it cracked her neck.

Jason: ... ki... ki... ki... ma... ma... ma...

Jason looked behind him and saw Michael Myers.

Michael: ... ... ...

Jason: ... ... ...

Michael took out his knife and immediately stabbed him in the gut. Jason wasn't phased as e grabbed Micheal and threw him through a tree. Jason pulled out his machete and walked towards Michael, who suddenly disappeared and reappeared behind Jason, stabbing him in the back. He lifted Jason up and threw him into a far bush. 

Michael: ... ... ...

Micheal walked towards the bush but Jason was nowhere to be seen.

Jason: Ki... ki... ki... ma... ma... ma...

Suddenly, an arrow was shot as it went to stab Michael through the head, but Michael quickly caught it. Michael looked at the spear when an arrow. He then looked at where it was shot as he saw Jason looking at him from afar. Jason shot an arrow through Michael's eye as soon as he was seen. Michael grabbed the arrow and pulled it out. He then threw his knife as it stabbed Jason straight through the head. Michael was then right in front of Jason and grabbed him by the neck. Jason quickly grabbed him by the head and slammed him into a tree. He smashed his head into the tree again and again and again until Michael finally let go. Michael grabbed the knife from Jason's head and pulled it out as he went to stab him in the eye, but Jason swatted him away with a swing of his arm. Michael fell to the ground and Jason slowly walked towards him.

Jason: ... ... ...

He lifted his foot as he was about to stomp on Michael's head, but Michael suddenly disappeared and reappeared behind him. Jason quickly turned and Michael threw him against a tree. He then walked up to Jason and stabbed him in the throat, watching as blood came gushing out. Michael continued stabbing him over and over again, but Jason wasn't phased as he grabbed Michael by the neck and snapped it. Michael Myers fell to the ground. Jason looked at the lying body for a moment then walked away.

Michael: ... ... ...

Michael Myers suddenly sat up as his neck was just fine. Jason immediately stopped and looked behind him. He grabbed an axe that was stabbed into a tree as he turned around to face Michael. Michael got up and walked towards Jason with his knife in his hand. Jason went to swing his axe and Michael quickly dodged it as he stabbed Jason in the side of the head. Jason swatted Michael's arm back as he swung his axe again. Michael dodged it and the axe stabbed into the ground. Michael pushed Jason into a tree. He then took Jason's axe and walked slowly towards him. Jason got up and looked at Michael. He pulled out his machete. He pulled the knife out his head and tossed it to the side. Michael swung the axe when a bear trap suddenly stabbed his leg, causing him to miss as Jason stabbed Michael in the chest, bringing the blade straight through his body. Michael lifted the axe and stabbed it into Jason's head, but Jason was unaffected as he lifted the machete up, slicing Michael's upper body in half. Jason took the axe out his head as Michael's body fell to the ground. Jason starred at it for a bit before turning around.

Jason: ... ki... ki... ki... ma... ma... ma...

Jason walked away and disappeared into the darkness.

Ann: Woah! That was fast!

Monika: Well, I tried to stretch it out as far as I could, but there's only so much I could do without much dialogue.

Ann: True. Now, we should probably go over why Jason won. I mean, both combatants were incredibly tough to take down and both seemed nearly unkillable. Not to mention Michael held a very clear speed advantage.

Monika: Right. This truly was a match of speed vs strength. And while Michael Myers did have plenty of openings to strike at Jason, he didn't have the tools necessary to put Jason down for good.

Ann: It's mostly thanks to his stubborn healing factor. Sure, it's not perfect, but the only way Michael could take Jason down would be to cut his head off, and there's no way he'd know that right off the bat.

Monika: Also keep in mind that Michael's durability does have a limit. Sure he can handle getting stabbed or getting his eye gouged out, but he's still human. So simple things like getting his heart ripped out or cutting him into a million pieces should kill him as he doesn't have a healing factor of his own.

Ann: Wait really? I thought he did.

Monika: Well... even if he did, it's not as good as Jason's. Plus, Jason could always just possess Michael's body or come back stronger than before.

Ann: In the end, Michael may have been incredibly fast and durable, but Jason's incredible strength, amazing healing factor, and very useful creativity earned him this victory.

Monika: ... ... ...

Ann: ... What?

Monika: Waiting on you to make a pun.

Ann: Um... no...
