Kokonoe: Originally a North Kai in Universe 10, Zamasu was once an apprentice of the Supreme Kai, Gowasu.

Junko: Yeah, issue is every word Gowasu said to Zamasu went in one ear and out the other. Especially when it comes to mortals.

Kokonoe: Right. Zamasu found all mortals as evil and thus must be purged with "justice".

Junko: And after learning of the Super Dragon Balls, Zamasu decided to kill his boring mentor, took his earring, and used his time ring.

Kokonoe: With the Time Ring, Zamasu went one year into the future and switched bodies with everyone's favorite Goku.

Neptune: After switching bodies, Zamasu killed Goku and his friends and family, ultimately becoming Goku Black!

Junko: Huh? Neptune, what are you doing here?!

Neptune: Plutia is in this fight. Why would I not be here?

Kokonoe: *sigh* Just ignore her. Anyway, Goku Black will eventually meet future Zamasu. The two of them would make Future Zamasu immortal and would go on to try and destroy Earth. Attempting to kill Trunks as well as Goku and the Z Fighters from another timeline.

Junko: Yeah, there was a lot of time travel shenanigans. But that didn't stop the two from being a universal threat.

Neptune: Yep. As a Sayian, Goku Black has Zenkai. A special trait that gives a saiyan a massive power boost whenever they're in a near death scenario. Though Black's works a little bit different cause all he has to do is take damage to get stronger.

Kokonoe: Goku Black also possesses Ki.

Kokonoe: A natural energy Goku Black can use in a multitude of ways. He can use it to fly at high speeds, sense another's ki to predict their attacks, teleport, cause explosions, create walls of ki to block attacks, and even fire off ki blast.

Neptune: Like the Black Power Ball.

Neptune: A black sphere surrounded by gold ki. Oh, but the gold vanishes once fired. The explosion it cases has to be black too after all.

Junko: There's also the Black Kamehameha.

Junko: Black's own version of Goku's signature move. With just one shot, it causes massive explosions across the earth.

Neptune: Oh! And speaking of Ki, Black has Godly Ki.

Kokonoe: As the name implies, Godly Ki is a type of Ki only Gods are capable of. It's similar to regular Ki, but on a more powerful level.

Neptune: Basically Ki but on steroids.

Junko: With God Ki, Goku Black can use his signature move, the God Split Cut.

Junko: This covers his hand in a field of energy before chopping at his opponents.

Kokonoe: He can also use the Sayian Beyond God transformation.

Kokonoe: An unknown multiplier of strength, allowing Goku Black to fight on par with Super Sayian 2 Goku with no strain on his body.

Neptune: He can also has his own version of Goku's Super Sayian Blue. Introducing... Super Sayian Rose.

Junko: With this form, his states are increased immensely as he curb stomped Super Sayian Blue Goku and Vegeta.

Kokonoe: Through scaling alone, Goku is strong enough to nearly destroy his entire universe in his clash with Beerus. Reminder that the Dragon Ball universe is much bigger than our own.

Neptune: Black can take planet busting attacks with ease and can even use the Super Black Kamehameha!

Neptune: An even more powerful version of the Black Kamehameha. So powerful, it left Goku and Trunks to the point they could barely stand.

Kokonoe: He also has the Violent Fierce God Slicer.

Kokonoe: A more powerful version of God Split Cut. This uses the energy from his aura to create a blade.

Junko: Then there's the even stronger version of that, the Super Sayian Rosé Azure Dragon Sword.

Junko: Gained after a beating from an enraged Goku, this attack can extend and form more blades of Godly Ki.

Neptune: Then there's the scythe version!

Neptune: Gained by stabbing himself, a single swing of this thing can cause a rift in time that created clones of him to come.

Kokonoe: Said clones disappear in one hit, but can reappear in a moment's notice. They can only go away for good if Goku Black moves too far from the rift he created.

Neptune: The scythe itself, however, doesn't really have a good record of hitting its target.

Junko: Yeah, despite how powerful he is, Goku Black has a few major weaknesses, like his own arrogance. Sure he was already arrogant as Zamasu, but thanks to fusing with a Sayian, he's even more arrogant than before. Hell, the only reason he didn't become immortal is because he's content with his strength.

Kokonoe: Also, thanks to his ability to get stronger after every hit, he sometimes allows himself to take hits. This can leave him open to attacks that are strong enough to actually kill him.

Junko: Still, I don't think there's anyone else worthy of being a powerful Evil Goku.

Neptune: Except Turles. Everyone forgets about Turles.
