Monika: What's better than one evil vampire? Two evil vampires in a battle to the death!

Ann: Alucard, the secret weapon of Hellsing.

Monika: And Dio, the deadly vampire of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.

Ann: I'm Ann Takamaki.

Monika: I'm Monika and it's time for the final October Death Battle!

In a large museum, Dio was sitting on a throne when Alucard walked in with a smile.

Dio: So, you're the great Alucard everyone seems to be talking about. Tell me, what business do you have with me?

Alucard: Heh, I'm pretty sure you know exactly what I want.

Dio: Hmph... a petty dog such as yourself...

Dio sat up with a smile.

Dio: Doesn't deserve to breathe my air!

Alucard pulled out his guns as he started firing at him with Casull. Dio caught all the bullets and flicked them back at Alucard. The bullets went straight through Alucard's body as he was starting to regenerate from them. Dio ten pulled out multiple knives and started throwing them. All of them stabbed Alucard as one went straight into his head. Dio then dashed at him and Alucard was about to shoot him with Jackal, but right before he could...

Dio: Za Warudo!

Dio paused time as he got behind Alucard. He summoned his stand wich started punching Alucard rapidly.

Dio: Muda muda muda muda muda muda muda!

Time resumes and Alucard is sent flying back.

Alucard: What?!

Dio's stand flew at Alucard. Alucard saw this and went to block as the stand started rapidly punching Alucard, with the last punch sending Alucard straight into a wall. Alucard recovered with a smile.

Alucard: Well now, it would seem you're more of a challenge than I thought you would be... good.

Alucard put his hands over is head.

Alucard: Releasing control art restriction systems 3... 2... 1... approval of situation A recognized... commencing the Cromwell invocation...

Alucard started moving his hands around as his body started to morph.

Dio: Hm?

Alucard: Ability restrictions lifted for limited use until the enemy has been rendered silent.

A giant eye appeared in the middle of Alucards chest. 

Dio: Ha! Give me a break!

Dio sent his stand after him and Alucard summoned Baskerville. The doglike beast went to chomp at Dio's stand as it smashed The World into a wall. Dio could feel that but took the pain as he dashed at Alucard and went to stab hid fingers straight through Alucards neck, but his arm went straight through Alucards shadowy body. Alucard smiled as is shadows cut Dio's arm off, causing blood to gush everywhere.

Dio: Gah!

Dio was shocked but then smiled as he fired compressed beams that sliced through Alucard as well as the entire museum, causing the entire building to collapse ontop of them. Dio came out the rubble of the building. He looked up at the full moon with a smile as his arm started to regenerate.

Dio: Foolish vampire. Only one of us can be the strongest, and that is I, Dio!

Alucard: Is that what you think...?

Dio turned to see Alucard coming up some rubble, covered in shadows.

Alucard: Releasing restriction... zero.

Out of instinct, Dio quickly dashed at Alucard and went to attack him. But before he could, cards came flying out Alucard's shadow. Dio's stand came out to swat them away as a bullet shot out the shadow, moved past the stand, and went straight through Dio's head.

Dio: Nani?!

Dio still stood on is feet as an army of familiars came out of Alucard's shadows... and Alucard himself was now... Dracula.

Dracula: You've done well coming this far... but I think it's time I end this.

Dracula sent all his familiars after Dio. Dio touched the ground and froze it, covering almost all of them in ice. Dio then paused time and jumped into the air. Time resumed and Dracula looked up to see Dio with a giant tractor.

Dio: Die!

Dio went to slam the tractor into him but Dracula jumped back to dodge it as Dio slammed i to te ground. Dio was on te tractor as his stand quickly dashed at Dracula. Dracula swung his sword as The World swung it's fist. The stand's fist broke the blade as it paused time again and started punching him rapidly. Time resumed and Dracula was sent flying back again. Dio jumped down and sent his hand straight through Dracula's chest before slaming him to the ground hard. 

Dio: To think that the great Alucard would be this weak!

Dio started pounding at Alucard's body rapidly.

Dio: Muda muda muda muda muda!

A bunch of shadows started to take the form of a girl behind Dio.

Alucard(Girlcard): Someone as pathetic as you has no right to call me weak.

Dio: Nani?!

Dio turned around as Alucard shot a submachine gun at him. Dio took the shot as his stand dashed at Alucard, but Alucard summoned Baskerville to chomp at the stand and take it away. Dio quickly dashed at Alucard.

Dio: Alucard!

Alucard pulled out his Jackal and shoved the gun in Dio's mouth before pulling the trigger, blowing Dio's brains out.

Alucard(girlcard): Mission accomplished...

Ann: Well now, that was um... something else...

Monika: Dio had a lot going for him to make this an epic match, but Alucard had an arsenal that countered almost everything Dio had.

Ann: Alucard's regenerative abilities were far superior to Dio's, and even then Alucard had weapons and familiars that can nullify Dios regenerative abilities.

Monika: And it's not like Dio could suck Alucard's blood. When Alucard sucked the blood of Schrödinger, Alucard was erased from existence. Since Alucard now has his power, it would make since that the same thing may happen if Dio drunk Alucard's blood.

Ann: Yeah, except this time I don't see Dio coming back... unless he used EoH. By the way, why did we give Alucard Schrödinger's abilities but not give Dio EoH?

Monika: Simple. The abilities we have given Alucard are canon to his arsenal, while Dio's broken EoH is not.

Ann: Right. Dio's time stop abilities, physical prowess, and impressive healing factor made this an interesting fight.

Monika: But Alucard's impressive arsenal, greater experience, superior healing factor, and Schrödinger helped him win this Bizzare fight.

Ann: The winner... is Alucard.
