Junko: Yeah, I know it's a bit too early to be doing a RWBY Death Battle, but I'm sure it'll be fine. I suppose if you've ever visited this profile, there's already a high chance you know about Team RWBY. Hell, we've already covered them a bunch of times in the past. Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and the muscle of the group, Yang Xiao Long!

Dizzy: Being the older sister of Ruby Rose, Yang spent most of her childhood looking out for Ruby and searching for her mother, Raven. Putting the Y in RWBY, Yang has defiantly shown to be the muscle of the group.

Junko: Yang is incredibly strong, being able to cause Earthquakes with her fist! She can break stone pillars, and even shattered the Atlesian Paladin! She's stronger than Ruby, who dragged a huge Grimm up a cliff! She's also stronger than Lie Ren, who can block and break the fangs of a King Taijitu! 

Dizzy: She's much more durable than her teammates as well. She's taken hits from some pretty big Grimm and has survived being smashed through three concrete pillars by the Atlesian Paladin, including tanking a punch estimated to be worth 1400 tons of force. She's had her arm cut off, withstood several projectile blasts, fell numerous times with no injury whatsoever, and much more.

Junko: And let's not forget about her speed. She can keep up with her teammates, who are fast enough to dodge and deflect bullets! She's kept up with Mercury too, who can dodge lightning! And she's even dodged a bunch of flying cars while riding a motorcycle!

Dizzy: Yang is very straightforward and confident. Taking life and living it to the fullest. But don't touch her hair or she may just get a little angry. And you wouldn't like her when she's... upset.

Akame: For her weapons... she has a gauntlet and a metal arm.

Junko: The gauntlet is known as Ember Celica and the robot arm is to replace the arm she lost after a run-in with Adam Taurus. This arm is probably stronger since it can take hits from Adam himself. And she can remove it at any time.

Akame: Both her gauntlet and metal arm holster a magazine consisting of 12 shells, allowing for 24 shots total. They come with two sets of ammo. Orange for regular buckshot slugs that can be rapid-fired by Yang's punching, and Red for long-range explosive shots. She can also use the recoil to launch herself into the air.

Junko: And on top of that, her robot arm has a shotgun mode and she has sticky bombs that she can attach to her opponent with each punch!

Dizzy: She even has a good deal of protection with her aura.

Dizzy: Aura is the physical manifestation of one's soul and a necessary energy source for all Huntsman. With her aura, Yang can create a force field around her body, protecting her from damage. It can also protect her from heat and cold, albeit temporarily. And she can even use it to heal minor wounds.

Junko: It also allows her to use her Semblance, Burn.

Dizzy: A Semblance is the projection of one's Aura in a more tangible form. It varies from person to person and when Yang activates her Semblance, her eyes turn red as her hair bursts into flames. Yang's Semblance is a kinetic energy absorption ability that draws energy from every blow she takes to make herself more powerful, effectively redirecting said energy against her opponent. According to Taiyang, Yang's Semblance grants her energy equal to twice the strength she is hit with. However, she still takes the full force of her opponent's attacks, weakening her in the process.

Akame: She used to need to activate it through anger, but as of Volume 9, this no longer seems to be the case.

Junko: But it still lets her do some badass shit! Like her Blast Wave!

Junko: Where she punches with such force she creates a shockwave that smashes her target backward, creating a large cascade of rocks that damages all enemies in front of her!

Akame: And her Fire Missiles skill.

Akame: Where, as the name implies, she fires up to 8 missiles at her opponent.

Dizzy: But her strongest skill is her Quake ability.

Dizzy: slams her fist into the ground, creating a wave of energy that damages all nearby enemies, smashing enemies backward and creating a shield of rock pillars around Yang that enemies can't get through.

Junko: But Yang still has her fair share of weaknesses.

Akame: She's still quite cocky and hot-headed in battle, which may cause her to enter dangerous situations or make reckless mistakes. Yang struggles against opponents with a kick-based fighting style and her Semblance does require her to take damage from her opponents.

Junko: Knocking her out also nullifies her Semblance. Her aura even has its own limit. Too much damage and it will break, which will also nullify her Semblance. Her aura doesn't protect her against illusions and an opponent can evade or outlast the duration of her Semblance, Yang is left weak, tired, and vulnerable to counterattack. For this reason, it's best used as a last resort than something to rely upon.

Dizzy: That's right, because no matter what, Yang will keep on fighting to protect her sister, her girlfriend, and everyone else she cares about.

Yang:  I'm a thrill-seeker. I want to travel around the world and get wrapped up in as many crazy adventures as I can. And if I help people along the way, then that's even better. It's a win-win, y'know?
