Kokonoe: A shrine maiden, and a beautiful one at that, Rei Hino is defiantly one of the more passionate Sailor Guardians. Born and raised by her grandfather, she was always looked down on by others around her. 

Kasumi: Yeah, but her beauty was only half the reason why. You see, there was something unique about her. Even among the other Sailor Scouts, she was the only one who could use a glimpse of her powers before she became a Sailor Guardian. This made everyone who was not a Sailor Guardian view her as some sort of weirdo and an outcast. 

Junko: So when a boy who turns out to be the ex-boyfriend of her previous incarnation starts abducting random people into a bus right next to her shrine, to nobody's surprise, Rei was the first to be blamed. The guy's name was Jadeite and he was abducting people to steal energy for his master. Luckily Rei had the help of three new friends. The smart girl, Ami Mizuno. The mentor cat, Luna. And their leader, Usagi Tsukino... or Serina Tsukino... or Bunny Tsukino... it depends on the translation. Why does this seem familiar?

Kasumi: And while helping the three of them, she took her place as one of the founding members of the Sailor Guardians, Sailor Mars. Fighting evil by midnight. Winning love by daylight. Sailor Mars is among the strongest members of the group.

Junko: She's so incredibly powerful that after destroying Jadite, she accidentally blew up an entire dimension! And that was still in the first arc! She's physically stronger than Sailor Moon, who can take hits from guys strong enough to destroy an entire planet! She herself had helped destroy an entire mirror universe! 

Kasumi: Sailor Mars can easily destroy an entire building and send her foes flying away with ease, but she's not only strong... she's also incredibly fast.

Kasumi: Not only is she way faster than light, she can casually fly from the moon and back! Her speed is equal to, if not superior to Sailor Moon's, who can brighten up a universe in seconds!

Kokonoe: She can actually move at speeds comparable to the Lambda Power, which can rapidly restore the entire cosmos. But along with her immense speed comes even greater durability.

Kokonoe: She's taken the Flames of Koan, the same flames that had more power than Sailor Moon herself, and that was when Sailor Moon had enough power to destroy a black hole the size of a solar system. 

Kasumi: She's even taken direct blasts from the Dark Prince, Endymion... one of the strongest warriors of the Dark Kingdom.

Junko: Eh? Isn't he that Tuxedo Mask guy who always pops up, says something cheesy, and leaves?

Kasumi: Sailor Mars has helped against some of Earth's most dangerous threats, and on one of her adventures she's even survived the matter-decaying Room of Darkness and a space-time distortion like it was nothing!

Junko: Sailor Mars used to go into this form using a magic pen, then that turned into an even stronger magic stick. But now she can just turn into a magical girl on her own. And as a magical girl, Sailor Mars can teleport, heal her wounds, and is highly resistant to fire... because of course she is.

Kokonoe: Sailor Mars would have a bunch of special abilities in this form as well, including her signature move, Fire Soul.

Kokonoe: She clasps her hands together with two index fingers pointing outward. She then shoots a massive fireball, engulfing her foes in flames.

Junko: But eventually it became too weak of an attack, so she replaced it with Burning Mandala!

Junko: Where she creates a mystical ring of fire capable of destroying robots from the future and impressing Koan!

Kasumi: Then there's Fire Soul Bird.

Kasumi: An upgraded version of Fire Soul where she unleashes a giant, flaming bird as a projectile.

Kokonoe: Well that was in the 90's anime. In the Crystal anime and Manga, she used Mars Snake Fire.

Kokonoe: Where she creates a massive snake of fire that engulfs her foes in flames. This attack actually threatened Cyprine, who was by far the strongest Witch. And even weaker witches could laugh off Sailor Moon's attacks at the time.

Junko: Both the bird and the snake things are still attacks that she's capable of regardless since she's shown using both in the Video Game. Besides, she gets an even greater power boost with the Mars Crystal, the Sailor Crystal that she uses to turn into Super Sailor Mars!

Kokonoe: Super Sailor Guardians are much stronger than Base Sailor Guardians, giving Sailor Mars a 10,000x power boost. When Sailor Moon first transformed into Super Sailor Moon, merely the energy of her transformation produced thousands of times more power than the Skyfather Level Entity Pharaoh 90.

Kasumi: She should be at least as fast as the base Outer Sailor Guardians who were able to react to an attack that life-wiped the entire universe while they were still in the Solar System. 

Junko: When she's in this form, she's got a little fairy buddy inside her to snap her out of any mental attack. And she has access to a new attack called Flame Sniper!

Junko: A move so badass that it even has its own goddamn theme song! And even its theme song is badass!

Kasumi: Mars uses this attack by creating a bow out of fire and summoning her Mars Arrow. She then aims and fires it at her opponent, doing serious damage. It's It was strong enough to destroy the spirit Tiger's Eye and destroy a dimension of Nehelenia she was trapped in. These dimensions are supposedly whole universes!

Kokonoe: But her true power comes in her Eternal transformation.

Kokonoe: If the Super form was powerful this one may as well be a God. It's 10,000 times stronger than her Super form. By comparison, after unlocking her Eternal Form, Usagi in her civilian state took an attack unscratched that was superior in power to all their enemies in the first 4 arcs. 

Junko: Now she's immune to fire, can fly almost instantly, and has even helped one-shot four other Sailor Guardians at once!

Kasumi: She doesn't just have all of this though. Even in her human form, she can see into the future and even has a sixth sense that lets her detect evil presences. Because of this, she keeps Ofuda with her at all costs as they immediately get rid of spirits and cause humans to pass out.

Junko: It's a simple move really. She infuses the Ofunda with fire and throws them at her opponent! It's not as strong as Burning Mandala but it still packs quite the punch. Hell, the first time she used this she destroyed the Shitennou Jadeite and his entire dimension as a side effect! She also used it to overwhelm Zoisite who was capable of creating a day-longs country-wide storm!

Kokonoe: And not only that, but she can always summon her pet crows, Phobos and Deimos.

Kokonoe: Representing the two moons of Mars, these two birds will attack anyone they feel is a threat to Rei, to the point of stunning them and giving Sailor Mars an opening to attack.

Kasumi: Right. Sailor Mars is an expert archer and master of purification, but she has her flaws too.

Kasume: Yeah, Sailor Mars can get startled against less... professional opponents and has difficulty adapting to rapidly changing situations. Also, she would be in great danger if her Star Seed was ever destroyed as, without it, Sailor Mars will not be able to reincarnate as is what happens when a Sailor Guardian dies.

Junko: Hell, Sailor Mars herself has already died on multiple occasions in both the manga and anime! Only to come back better than ever! 

Kokonoe: Right, because Sailor Mars will always bring the flaming spirits as the Pretty Guardian who fights for love and passion.

Sailor Mars: You smash girls' dreams. You mimic like a parrot. In the name of Mars, I shall punish you.
