Dana: When it comes to killing, almost everything weapon you use involves metal. Weather it's a gun, knife, or sword.

Lisa: Of course, nobody knows this better than these two badasses who literally use it on an everyday basis.

Aqua: Logan, the Wolverine of the X-men.

Aka: And Gajeel Redfox, the iron dragon slayer of Fairy Tail.

Lisa: I'm Lisa. They're Aka, Dana, and Aqua.

Dana: It's time to end this debate once and for all.

Lisa: It's time for a Death Battle!!!

Note: The results of this battle are of my own opinion based off the research I've gathered.

Gajeel was walking in a deserted city as the Wolverine was walking and accidentally bumped into him.

Gajeel: Hey! Watch where you're going freak!

Wolverine turned to face him.

Wolverine: Who you callin' a freak bub?

Gajeel: Who else? Also I'm not a bub.

Wolverine: Hmph. That didn't even make sense.

Wolverine let out his claws.

Wolverine: You're next!

Wolverine dashed at Gajeel and swung his claws but Gajeel quickly dodged it.

Gajeel: Iron dragon roar!

Gajeel let out a tornado of iron from his mouth and shot it at Wolverine who quickly dodged it. Wolverine jumped in the air and went to slash at him from above but Gajeel quickly got out the way to avoid his attack.

Gajeel: Iron Dragon lance!

Gajeel's arm turned into a long pole as Gajeel used it to smash Wolverine into a building. Gajeel smiled as his arm turned back. Gajeel was about to turn to leave.

Wolverine: Don't get cocky bub.

Wolverine ran out the building and slashed at him, making a huge cut on his chest.

Gajeel: Gah!

Wolverine: I ain't done yet.

Wolverine quickly goes to stab Gajeel in the stomach. Sinking his claws deep inside him.

Gajeel: Iron Dragon club!

Gajeel's hand turned into an iron club as he used it to smash Wolverine into the ground. He quickly got back before Wolverine recovered.

Gajeel: Damn. Got me good.

Wolverine dashed at him and goes for another swing. Gajeel managed to block it with his arm as his entire body was now covered in Iron scales.

Wolverine: What?!

Gajeel: Heh. Betcha didn't see this coming.

Gajeel quickly punched Wolverine, sending him flying back.

Gajeel: Iron Dragon sword!

Gajeel dashed at him and swung his blade, cutting his chest open before kicking him back.

Gajeel: ... wait what?

Gajeel watched in shock as the giant cut regenerated from Wolverine's body.

Wolverine: Heh. Somethin' wrong bub?

Gajeel quickly got back.

Gajeel: Damn. Wasn't expecting that.

Wolverine dashed at him and swung his claws as they clashed with Gajeel's sword arm. Gajeel pushed him back. The spikes on Gajeel's blade spun, turning it into a chainsaw. Gajeel quickly swung it as it clashed with Wolverine's claws. Gajeel swung again and managed to stab the blade straight through Wolverine before throwing him into a nearby truck. His arm quickly turned back to normal.

Gajeel: Try healing through this! Iron Dragon's roar!

Gajeel sent another tornado of iron at him. This time it hit him and blew up the truck. Gajeel knew it wasn't over as he stretched a little and watched Wolverine walk out the flaming truck with his wounds healed up.

Wolverine: That all you got bub?

Gajeel: Heh. I'm just getting started.

Wolverine let out his claws again and dashed at Gajeel. He swung them and Gajeel blocked them with his arm. Luckily his body was still covered in iron scales. He quickly punched Wolverine in the gut and headbutted him so hard to the ground, it shattered beneath them. Gajeel quickly went to punch down on his face but Wolverine quickly dodged it. He got up and went for multiple strikes which Gajeel continued to block.

Gajeel: (Dammit. He keeps healing from everything I throw at him. Not to mention my scales are at their limits. At this rate he'll-)

Wolverine's adamantium claws finally got through Gajeel's armor as Wolverine managed to stab his gut.

Gajeel: Gah!

Wolverine quickly went to throw Gajeel into a nearby construction site. Gajeel looked up as the conversation site collapsed ontop of him.

Wolverine: Hmph.

Wolverine was about to turn and leave.

Gajeel: Where do you think you're going?

Wolverine turned to see Gajeel eating the metal from the construction site.

Gajeel: Heh. Thanks for the meal... but this fight... isn't over yet!

Gajeel quickly went into Iron Shadow Dragon mode.

Wolverine: Hmph. A shitty little trick you got there bub. Let's see if it's enough!

Wolverine dashed at him and swung his claws but his attack fazed straight through Gajeel's body.

Wolverine: The hell?!

Gajeel: Heh. Can't touch me now can you? Iron Shadow Dragon club!

Gajeel's arm turned into a club with a shadow cloaked around it. Gajeel swung it and sent Wolverine flying. Gajeel dashed at him and hit him with several punches and kicks before smashing him to the ground. He went for another strike but Wolverine dodged it and went for a strike of his own. However, his claws once again fazed right through him.

Wolverine: Grrr.

Wolverine continued to go for multiple strikes until Gajeel punched him back to the ground. Gajeel then jumped into the air.

Gajeel: Iron Shadow Dragon's roar!

Gajeel let out a giant tornado of iron and shadow as it blasted at Wolverine creating a massive explosion. Gajeel landed and turned back to normal as he was exhausted.

Gajeel: Damn... that guy was tough...

Gajeel was about to walk away when he suddenly heard movement coming from the carnage of the explosion.

Gajeel: Damn. He's still alive?

Gajeel saw a steel car and quickly tore the door off before eating it quickly.

Gajeel: Heh. That's better.

He watched as the Wolverine was walking towards him.

Wolverine: Alright bub... now you've pissed me off!

Wolverine quickly went into his berserker state as he dashed at him. Gajeel quickly covered his body in steel dragon scales as Wolverine went for a strike that knocked him into the wall of a building. Wolverine didn't stop as he dashed at him to try and stab his face but Gajeel caught the blades with his teeth and bit them off.

Wolverine: Gah!

Gajeel: Bleh. That's some nasty tasting metal you got there. Now time to end this! Steel Dragon's sword!

Wolverine used the claws on his other hand as he dashed at him. Gajeel quickly blocked the attack and slammed his claws to the ground. He quickly got behind the Wolverine and cut his head clean off. Wolverine dropped to the ground as his head fell beside him. Gajeel fell on his butt exhausted.

Gajeel: Man... how am I gonna explain this to Levy?

Lisa: God damn that was awesome!

Dana: This was a very close matchup as both combatants were fairly even in speed, strength, and durability.

Aqua: Plus Wolverine's healing factor managed to help him stay in there as he could heal through just about anything Gajeel threw at him. And since Gajeel's metal is clearly harder than normal metal, this helped keep get Wolverine a hard time getting through it.

Aka: Luckily Gajeel is smarter during combat than any other category. To the point where he can learn his opponents every move. There's no doubt he would be able to exploit Wolverine's weakness of not being able to regrow cut off bodyparts. Not to mention that, when gone berserk, Wolverine is fairly reckless. This gives Gajeel the right opportunity to finish things off.

Lisa: Looks like Wolverine couldn't steel the show.

Dana: The winner is Gajeel Redfox.

Lisa: Next time on Death Battle!
