Dana: Born in the 1800's, James Howett was just a young boy when he gained his mutant powers and used them to kill the person who killed his father.

Aqua: But it turns out the one he killed was his real father who killed his fake father and well, point is he was young and already killing out of rage.

Dana: Ever since then, James lived a 100+ year life of love, misery, and death. Then one day, James was experimented on by what is known as the weapon x program. This organization coated his bones with adamantium, and as a result he went berserk and lost his memory. From then on he traveled the world being known mostly as Logan. Then he was found by Professor Xavier and joined  the X-men as the Wolverine.

Aqua: Being a mutant, Wolverine has the powers of almost any animal. He can hear better, smell greater, and see further than a regular human being, even at night.

Dana: True. But his main powers come from his impressive healing factor and the adamantium claws that come out his fist.

Aqua: Wait, through his skin too? Doesn't that hurt?

Dana: Well, it should but I think he's already used to it.

Aqua: I see. Well, Wolverine's claws are connected to his adamantium skeleton. Adamantium is known to be the world's hardest metal, making his claws and bones almost unbreakable. Not to be his healing factor prevents him from being poisoned by the metal in his body.

Dana: The adamantium also puts weight onto his body, helping him go for heavy and quick attacks. Though it does give him a hard time when trying to swim.His strength allows him to break chains, lift a dozen men with one arm, and push his muscles to the limit without injury. He's also learned 15 different martial arts and is fast enough to keep up to people like Black Panther and Iron Fist. And he gets even more dangerous when you piss him off enough to go into his Berserker state.

Aqua: In his Berserker state, Wolverine ignores all pain as his speed and strength are all increased. In this state, Wolverine is so blinded by rage he'll attack both friend and foe alike. However, this state does exhaust him after use.

Dana: Wolverine has survived blows from tones of heavy hitters like Hulk, Hulk-Buster, Blob, and Juggernaut. He's once battled Omega-Red for over 17 hours. He's fought and killed the entire Xmen and has even survived multiple massive explosions. However, he isn't unstoppable.

Aqua: Right. Despite appearing invincible, he's died multiple times. He's had his neck snapped, his head cut off, and even his heart ripped out of him.

Dana: Also, if Wolverine were to ever lose his healing factor, the adamantium within him will slowly kill him. But even then, Wolverine never lets this get to him as he always gets the job done.
