Dizzy: In the land of Gamindustri, four CPU, also known as Goddesses, did battle for over a thousand years with no results.

Junko: So three of them decided to take one out and throw her off the battlefield... literally. She fell so high from the sky, the chick who found her thought she was a shooting star. It's also what accidentally caused Neptune to loose her memory. Kinda like a certain black and red hedgehog. Still, having lost her memory, she didn't really try that hard to get them back. She instead went on a quest to fight monsters and save some Hisoria chick. And she had just the right tools for the job.

Akame: Right. Neptune's main weapon is a blade and she has carried many throughout her journey. However, we will be sticking with Neptune's personal mechanical blade. The Mecha Nep Blade.

Akame: This blade in particular was one that Histoire made using Planptunes tech as it draws out Neptune's power. If that's not enough, she also wields a gun with elemental bullets.

Junko: This little thing comes with some pretty handy attacks. Third Shot allows her to aim her gun and fire three consecutive shots while fifth shot has Neptune spin her gun and fire five consecutive shots. Partical shot allows her to repeatedly shoot at her target while quickly circling them.

Akame: She can also charge the power of her shots. Charge shot level 1 allows her to charge up her gun with an elemental based shot depending on what element she's using. Charge shot level 2 allows her to fire 2 elementally charged shots. And Charge Shot level 3 allows her to fire a single shot followed by a powerful burst of elemental power.

Junko: With her blade she has a few techniques of her own too. Like her signature move, the cross combination.

Akame: Using this technique, Neptune rapidly slashes at her opponent. Sending them flying into the air before jumping up and slashing them back down.

Junko: She can also do the Critical Edge. A move she learned from a book.

Akame: This move has her launch her opponent in the air and slash at them.

Junko: Her victory slash allows her to slash a V into her opponents.

Dizzy: She can also form summonings and creations. Like when she summoned a 32-bit Mega blade to fall from the sky and stab her opponent before blowing up.

Dizzy: She can also summon a bunch of smaller versions and pick one up as an extra sword.

Junko: She also has a move called Delta Slash where she slashes at her opponent twice, trapping them into a box. She slashes it again and the box blows up!

Akame: Huh. Well that's all simple enough.

Dizzy: Actually, it gets weirder... she can use a move called Inafune Sword V which has her summon 4 Keiji Inafune's and launch them at her opponents.

Akame: Um... huh?

Junko: Talk about being a big mega man fan.

Dizzy: It gets better... using a move called Who Did This?! Nova, Neptune can summon a giant ship with Keiji Inafune's face on to fire giant lasers at her opponent...

Akame: That's... ... I have no words for what I'm looking at...

Junko: Anyway, Neptune also has an EXE drive which allows her to use HDD: Neptune which let's her turn into a jet and fire missiles and lasers.

Akame: Her EXE drive also has her use a move called Neptune Break. This move has Neptune hold her sword before launching herself as purple energy surrounds her. She then rapidly slashes her opponent in all directions. After that, she spins her blade in the air, catches it, and slashes at her opponent one more time before they explode.

Junko: Huh. That's cute. According to Neptune this move will-

Neptune: Totally break the balance of the game!

Junko: Wait what are you doing here?!

Dizzy: Oh right... I forgot to mention this but... Neptune has a habit of breaking the fourth wall...

Junko: Well that's great. I wonder how many people like that we're gonna run into.

Akame: Just pretend she's not here.

Neptune: Hey!

Akame: Still, she probably wouldn't have gotten anywhere without her transformation, Purple Heart.

Junko: This is Neptune's HDD form as it is much more powerful than base. It can do all the moves above as well as teleport, fly, and knock the men out cold whenever she tries to act seductive.

Dizzy: True... but it's still not her most powerful transformation. She can take it up a notch by going into her final form... NEXT Purple.

Junko: This form gives her gauntlets, boots, and wings without using redbull. It makes her far more powerful than any of her other HDD forms too and gives her access to her most powerful attack yet, Dimensional Slice.

Junko: This move is one exclusive to NEXT Purple. It has her dash towards her opponent at a tremendous speed and slashing at them. Causing a massive explosion of energy behind her. This said move is so powerful, it could even slice through the very concept of her opponent.

Dizzy: Neptune is super strong, extremely fast, but not unstoppable.

Junko: Yeah, her powers are given by share crystals which come from the faith of others. If she doesn't have enough, she wouldn't even be able to turn into Purple Heart. But she probably doesn't need to worry since she already has the support of everyone in hell, literally.

Akame: Still though, she's not that smart. Despite her age she still behaves like a child. Also she has this random fear and hate towards eggplants. So much so that if one approached her while she was Purple Heart, she would immediately turn back to normal and hide.

Junko: Hey, at least she got her memories back, took her place as Goddess and immediately didn't do her job. Despite that there is no wonder she is the most dangerous of the four Goddesses.
