Aka: Being the youngest son of the master of the Shimada ninja clan, Genji lived a life of luxury. Thought he excelled at and enjoyed his ninja training, however, he had no interest in his family's illegal businesses.

Lisa: Then one day, his father died and his older brother, Hanzo, asked Genji to take his place. But Genji refused. Being a bitch about it, the two brothers clashed and Hanzo left his little brother to die. Luckily, Genji was badass enough  to get found by Overwatch who saw him as a potential ally for them. So they took him in and put him through an extensive cyberization process.

Aka: This process increased his speed and agility as well as augmented his superlative ninja skills. Turning him into a human weapon, Genji only had one goal in mind. Take down his family's criminal empire once and for all.

Lisa: And he was already fit for the job. With his new body, he can run on walls, use multiple forms of ninjutsu, throw an almost endless supply of shurikens from his arm, and boost his speed for a short period of time.

Aka: Aside from his shurikens, Genji has a Tanto used for deflecting almost any projectile, a smoke screen for getting away, and his Katana, which he uses for swift strikes.

Lisa: With it, he can also turn this simple katana into the dragon blade, which he can use to kill any target with just one strike! He's also a bit tough on his own right as he managed to survive a punch from Doomfist. Though he was still knocked out by it.

Aka: And that brings us to some of his weaknesses. You see, Genji is built mostly for flanking and not hand to hand. And his speed based attacks can only be preformed in short bursts. Not to mention someone smart enough like Sombra could potentially hack him and temporarily disable his superhumans speed.

Lisa: Well, at least he beat his brother and found a new path in life. One where not even he knows what will happen next.
