JUST TO REFRESH YOUR MEMORIES: I started journaling my experiences on wattpad and tried to use certain techniques to get lots of followers. The og journal was written aaaages ago. This is what I wrote~~

Entry 41:
Okay. So I searched up 'the psychology of dislikes' which led me to an article listing the reasons why people might not like you online. One of the reasons is that you're updating too much and each update is about different things. For example, don't update cat pics right after updating your fanfic and then throw announcements to call people to read your poetry. I'm guilty, you're maybe guilty, and we didn't even know that we were being annoying!

Another reason why people might not like you is that you have too much followers. This is especially true if you haven't published any books or you don't have any announcements. So even if you have lots of followers you are technically a wattpad ghost that people secretly despise but since it's as if you're not there, there's no good way for them to hate you.

Entry 42:
Just wow. Doing read for reads are so effective to gain votes, friends and followers. That's because the unwritten rule is that you must also vote on the person's chapters as you do the read for read. At least, I haven't met anyone who went against the rule...(not actually a rule)

On the other hand...

Follow 4 follow books are official black markets of wattpad. Kids, don't get involved in any dark, shady business.

Entry 43:
I haven't had a headache in years and guess what happened today? I got a headache. What does this mean? I haven't been looking after my health recently. Guess who should be (but isn't) going to bed early?

Tomorrow I'll write whether I went to bed early or I betrayed myself again.

Entry 44:
I ended up sleeping at about 11pm. I woke up at 12pm the next day. I was just way too tired after all my fatigue accumulated over the days. People including my family and friends were very worried. I feel very worried. That's because usually these days I'm waking up at 7 like a boss.

Don't judge 😔 but I really do need my eight hours of sleep
