If you're on phone this isn't going to work. If you've only ever used wattpad on phone you probably don't know what this is. Basically this is what the wattpad algorithm looks at when you're story is rising in popularity. They look at the story notes and based on them and your writing decide on whether to offer you a chance to be a paid author.

There are several options to being paid. You can be offered to have your book made into a tv series, get paid when people buy coins to unlock chapters, get paid for every ad that pops up in between chapters, and even be offered to have your book published as paperback; either by wattpad or another big publisher!

If I could choose, I'd do the ad thing and the paperback copy(not wattpad publishing, the other one).
