Hey, everyone, JADE ROTH here. LynnRush told my crazy story when she wrote JADED RAGE. When I found out we were going to be part of this awesome event, I had to convince her to let me do the post.

I think she was worried about what crazy thing I might post, but I think it's safe to share some bad hair days...we all have them right?

Of course, when you have super-strength and some other...demonic qualities, bad hair days get a little...interesting.

Bad Hair Day #1: 

I'd just had my first real kiss, and it'd left me dumbstruck on my porch long after Mr. Magic Lips had left—and I get struck by lightning.

Yes. Struck by lightning. In the chest!

I woke up with tattoos over half my body, super strength, and a few other...questionable powers.

So that pretty much was the ultimate bad hair day, which led to many, many more bad hair days.

Bad Hair Day #2:

I was on a first date with a guy I'd been totally crushing on, and I go to open the door to get into his car...and I rip it off its hinges.

Not a great first impression. Didn't try to date again after that. Well, until Marcus came back onto the scene... **le sigh**

Bad Hair Day #3:

I hit the snooze button and accidentally smash the alarm clock into a billion pieces.

I already have enough trouble getting to places on time, this freakish strength doesn't help.

Bad Hair Day #4:

I'm flirting with a guy, and my dark eyes start freakishly pulsing green!

Talk about feeling like an alien—even more than I already do. But at least the green eyes don't shoot laser beams or anything...well, that I know of. Still kind of figuring out what I am and what kind of powers I have.

Bad Hair Day #5:

 When someone tries to touch me. Or when they try and touch my Marcus...

Let's just say, I can't stand bullies—or demons—touching me or what's mine!
