For Wattpad users, there are two main lifelines to find useful resources and articles on common 'help' or 'How to' topics.

1️⃣The Wattpad Help Centre

The Wattpad Help Center is an off-platform site that holds numerous help articles. The Help Center should be your first step to troubleshoot or find the latest updates.

If you lose access to your profile/Wattpad account, you can still access the Help Center to find help or to report an issue.

2️⃣The How to Use Wattpad Profile (@howtousewattpad)

The howtousewattpad profile is a trove of information to help you navigate the platform, available resources, and opportunities.

Addin tags can help readers discover your story because readers often search for stories by typing in a tag (essentially a theme/type) of story they enjoy. You'll find tagging tips right HERE. 

Do you wish you could control what stories are recommended to you? You can toggle tags on and off or block certain tags to define your preferred content. Learn more HERE.

If you want to adjust your reading preferences, such as applying dark mode or changing font size, you can learn to do that HERE.

Sometimes, things don't work as they should. If this happens, we suggest you check the Known Issues page first. Often, Wattpad is already aware of it.
