Blonde guy aka my neighbour

Ding !!

The metallic door of the elevater chimed open, the huge corridor making its appearance. I sucked a deep breath and pulled my giant luggage out with all my might.

My backpack hanging against my back as I curled my fingers around the luggage's handle. Few strands of my hair fell on my forehead, blocking my vision partially.

"Mom didn't even send Oppa to help me in shifting my stuffs," I complained, though there was no one to hear it out.

I hauled the luggage for some good distance before stopping to look at the deserted corridor. The corridor was no less short which added more difficulties to my struggle. I pulled my hair into a quick ponytail and resumed what I was doing a few seconds ago.
If it wasn't enough, one of the wheels of the bag got jammed.

What a luck I have!

"Ugh !" I stomped my feet on the ground. I again began to drag my luggage with greater force, this time my back facing the front.
Whilst heaving the luggage, I let out incoherent curses. Dragging a huge luggage containing all your existing year's dresses was no joke, that too I wasn't sort of mascular or weightlifter. Starting from my casual to formal, shorts to fancy dresses all were packed inside. I might regret being so fond of clothes right now.

Luckily, the furnitures were already moved in. At least mom took this responsibility of moving heavy things, or else I'd have to arrange men to shift the things spending my own money.

Just as I was about to take another step, my back came contact with a wall. The wall was quite soft to be called as soft. But how come there could be a wall amidst the corridor. My body went stiff when I heard a sound that sounded more like a groan.

After thinking for a good amount of time, I hesitantly turned around. My eyes widened, after realizing.

It wasn't a thing, it was a man.

I quickly let go of the luggage and bowed,"I'm so sorry. I didn't see you. It wasn't intention-"

"Wow, it's my first time seeing a human incarnated hummingbird. Rare species you must be," that blonde haired man blew off in the middle, ceasing me from saying anymore. I was taken aback by this rude remark.

I didn't have any intention to fight back so I decided to remain quiet. I pursed my lips and bowed once again," My apologies once again."

"From next time be careful," he growled before punching his code and disappearing behind the door.

I scoffed,"Woah! That man!! How rude he's !!"

I shook my head in disbelief and laid my attention to my black luggage.

Hauling it off, I stopped in front of my apartment. I exhaled a sigh of relief after arriving at my destination.

My lovely home~

Whilst admiring my own apartment from outside, my eyes stopped at the next door where that arrogant guy was standing minutes ago. Then it struck my mind, making my eyes go round.

"That guy is my neighbour?" I shrieked.

Bringing my attention back to my apartment, I hurriedly opened the door and the smell of a new house flared my nose. I slowly let go of the luggage and roamed my eyes around the apartment. It wasn't luxurious.
It was simple but my type.

All the furnitures were put in their right place, making the sight welcoming. I heaved the bag to my bedroom while observing each and every room.

I gotta admit that mom's choice was nice. This apartment was good enough for a single person. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a huge living hall.

But the house was looking blank and unhomely. It lacked of stuffs.
The cartoons full of goods were randomly lying here and there.

I rolled up the sleeves of my shirt up and began to unload the things from the cartoons.

It is going to be a hard day.

An exhausted sigh escaped from my lips as I dropped my body on the soft bed. "Phew. Well, that was hella tiring," I closed my eyes and sank more onto the bed.

Now, I really needed my all time favourite ginseng energy drink since energy was lacking in my body.

Taking out all the stuffs and putting them in their place wasn't easy at all. Well, for me at least. My eyelids were getting heavier and sleep was eventually engulfing me.

Until the ringtone of my phone didn't let me do what I wanted. I kicked my leg in the air annoyingly. I was expecting only one person at this time.

I took my phone out from the pocket of my jeans and checked the name. No doubt I was right. No one other than my mom could wake me up from my sleep. She always called me whenever I was in my sleep, even when I slept at odd times. She had got the super natural power to sense my sleep and crumbled it into pieces.

No matter how much I wanted to cut the phone, I knew I couldn't. I received the call and pressed the phone against my ear.

"Hmm," I hummed sluggishly.

"Were you sleeping at this hour?" she asked.

"I wasn't sleeping. I was just closing my eyes."

"That's what called sleep, you stupid."

"Why did you call me?" ignoring her comment, I asked since I was desperate to sleep.

"Oh, well, do you like the apartment?"

"Yeah, I like it. It's really good and cozy."

"Did you unpack your things?" like usual, she needed every detail, not that I was complaining.

"Yes, not only unpacking. I have put all the things perfectly at their rightful places," I stated proudly.

"Let me see what my daughter did," she sounded pretty much excited.

"Wait, I'll send you the video of my bedroom," I ended the call and stood up, forgetting about the tiredness instantly and sleepiness was nowhere in my eyes.

I ranted everything while capturing each things in the video. I advanced towards the balcony, wanting to give her a good view from it.

"And this is the balcony. The view from here is really beautiful," I kept recording.

I turned to my left intending to capture everything.

But stopped abruptly in the midway after noticing a figure leaning against the railing directly next to my balcony.
At the same time, the guy turned around leading to our eye contact.

That same blonde guy.

Yet I wasn't shocked since I knew he was my neighbour. We'd come across each other sooner or later as we both practically lived next to each other.

Looking at his facial expression, he wasn't bothered, more like he didn't even care. I stopped the video and planned to greet him. Why? Because I was not rude like him.

"Hello. We meet again," I bowed a little and smiled awkwardly.

Being an arrogant dude, he didn't feel the importance to greet me back. "Did we meet before?" his question compelled me to throw the phone at his perfect shaped face. Sadly, I couldn't.

This is what you'll get for being polite.

"Oh trust me, it's not worth remembering," I gave him a fake smile. He looked at me with a do-I-look-like-I-care look.

He frowned, might be trying to recall.
"May I know who you are?" he asked again.

His braincells are weak, I suppose.Poor boy, may God give some strength to his weak braincells.

"Me? Er, I'm your new neighbour," I said. He nodded his head and sipped from his cup.

Silence rippled through us, as no one was uttering a single word. I gazed up at the sky, the setting sun had provided a warm orange tinge to it. I could spend hours in admiring this captivating beauty.

"I'm Eun Taehee. Nice to meet you", I decided to break the ice since it would not look quite good to just keep standing quietly.

He simply nodded and went inside after saying,"Yeah, see you around."

I blinked at his retreating figure in disbelief. He couldn't even introduce himself. "See you around," I mimicked him and stomped inside.

Did he always move around talk-to-me-and-you-are-death aura? It seemed like he would throw punches if I talked to him.
I mentally noted to keep my mouth shut whenever I would spot him.

I took my towel and other toiletry supplies and walked inside the bathroom to take a long-warm bath along with the thoughts of my new strange neighbour.

This time, I didn't use Y/n. Instead, I thought to give a name. We should try different, right?
