Melon's POV:
I woke up and yawned. Why didn't Papyrus wake me up this morning? He usually wakes me up and tells me to go to work...but I guess today is different. This has never happened before. "I guess I should see what's different." I mumbled and got out of...wait...I fell asleep on the couch? Another thing that's different. I got up off the couch and looked around. There were a lot of different things. There's a new door and it looks pretty hidden. The table is flipped over. I feel like I'm being watched...that's a bit creepy. I decided to look at the table first. I saw a note on it. "AU STUDY ROOM. DO NOT ENTER." Was written on it. This must be what that door leads to. I wanted to escape the feeling of being watched, and I got curious, so I put my skeletal hand on the door handle. But, before I opened the door, I felt something weird on the handle. It was...melted chocolate? "That's really strange." I muttered and opened the door.

After I opened the door I walked into the room. After that, I was greeted with a loud door slam. I turned and saw that the door shut (and locked) behind me. "What is going on?" I asked myself, confused. I turned around and looked the room. The walls, floor and ceiling is black, with a bit of purple and blue (it looks like a galaxy, but Melon has never seen the galaxy ;-; ). There are white dots too. I stared at the ceiling, and it seemed to move. After a little while, I saw a circular, glowing object on the other side of the room. It seemed to float, and it was way bigger than me. I inched closer and closer to the object, wondering what it was. When I was a few feet away from it, I saw someone inside of it. The per- skeleton looked similar to me, but so different at the same time. "Pretty." I whispered, on accident. I realized what I said and covered my mouth, blushing a bright red. "Did I really call a stranger p-pretty?" I asked myself, the blush intensifying. After calming down a bit, I reached my hand out to-words the stranger. My hand went through the circular object, and I lost balance. I fell forwards, landing on...snow? Oh wait, some got in my mouth...it's so sweet! This is not snow! It's sugar! (Sorry, I have no idea what the snowdin and stuff is in Sugartale. Forgive me ;-; )

I tried to keep myself from shoving the sno- sugar into my mouth, and I stood up. I started to approach the "pretty" stranger...WHY DO I KEEP- the stranger turned to look at me. I squeaked and red blush covered my face. Now the stranger was walking to-words me, with a confused look. So pretty so pretty so pretty we should play pocky so pretty. "Uhm hello...?" The stranger said, waving their hand in front of my face. I jumped a bit. I must've gotten lost in thought. "O-oh hi!" I greeted quickly, in a high-pitched voice. I need to calm down. "Are you lost? I've never seen you around here." The stranger asked, tilting their head a bit. I'm going to assume that this is a guy. Don't ask why. (Rhymes XD) For some reason, I want to flirt with this stranger. So I will. "I was lost, but then I found you, so I'm not lost anymore~" I attempted to flirt. WHAT WAS THAT?! THAT WAS NOT A FLIRT!

The stranger blushed a light blue and laughed cutely...NOW I'M CALLING HIM CUTE?! "Well, I'm going to take that as a yes. You're adorable." The stranger said. I blushed brightly, being called "adorable". Then his eyes widened. "Oh! I forgot to introduce myself! Sorry, my name is Sans, but you can call me Sugar." Sugar grinned, rubbing the back of his neck with his skeletal hand and closing his eyes. "It's fine, I forgot too. My name is Sans too! But, you can call me Melon." I said, trying not to seem shy, even though I'm shy. "Melon? I like that nickname." Sugar complimented, making me blush deeply. "T-t-thank you! I like the nickname, Sugar, too!" I complimented back, a bit flustered because I CAN'T STOP BLUSHING. Sugar giggled at my strange behavior, a grabbed my hand gently. Then he brought me into...Snowdin? No, not my Snowdin. His Snowdin. Then, we walked past a bunch of other monsters, and Sugar brought me to a home that reminded me of mine.

"Papyrus..." I whispered, accidentally. "Hmm?" I heard Sugar hum. "N-nothing..." I said, feeling a wave of worry wash over me. What is Papyrus doing? Is he okay? Why didn't I tell him I was leaving? "Brother!" Sugar called, making me exit my cloud of thought. "YES?" I heard, from a voice similar to Papyrus's. "We have a guest!." Sugar yelled back, still holding my hand. I blushed brightly, finally noticing that we were holding hands. "COMING!" I heard, then I heard footsteps. Then...a tall skeleton was towering over me and Sugar. I gripped tightly onto Sugar's sweater, a bit scared. A new monster, taller than me. Sugar noticed that I was scared, and blushed a bit, rubbing my shoulder. "It's okay. My brother won't hurt ya." Sugar soothed, making my grip loosen a bit. "HELLO THERE! MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME!" The tall skeleton greeted and disappeared into a nearby room. "S-sorry for being a bit scared of everything..." I apologized, feeling a bit bad for acting the way I do. Sugar sent me a confused look. "What do you mean? It's just the way you act, it's fine." Sugar said and turned to face me fully. Then he put his hands on my cheeks.

"And, don't ever change. I like you just the way you are." Sugar said. Then, he looked into my eyes, and I looked into his. I felt my face burn and his face turned a light blue.
