I walked to the indoor swimming pool, planning to have a day to myself, and maybe swim with some of the children that was probably going to be there. I smiled softly and entered the pool water, swimming a couple laps before some children started jumping into the pool for swimming lessons. I saw that coach was having trouble with bringing floaties and kick boards, and I got out of the water and started helping coach gear up the children silently. "Hey, coach, mind if I help?" I said, and he sighed in relief. "Please do! There's so many and I'm so busy trying to get someone in for part-time. Would you mind?"

I shook my head and said, "Not at all, it's ok, I love teaching new things, especially to children." I smiled and patted a small kid's head, and they got into the pool. "Oh, thank you, Ryutsuki! This is such a great help, you just have to work here on Saturday and Thursday, ok?" I nodded and smiled. He called up all the children and he said, "Ok, meet your new coach guys! This is Ryutsuki, and she'll teach you how to swim!" I bowed and said, "Hello, I'm all fired up to teach you guys how to swim!" The children's looked at me at awe, but one looked a bit scared. I blinked and keeled down by the girl and said, "Don't you worry, I will keep you safe."

I smiled and she smiled shyly back. "O-Ok!" I smiled and chuckled, getting into the water. "Come on into the water, we're going to learn how to doggie paddle!" Everyone cheered and I smiled, and began teaching them, getting some excited giggling, and everyone knew how to doggie paddle by the end of the day. "Great job everyone, have a goodnight!" I said and waved to them, hearing some 'I can't wait to come back!' or, 'She's so nice!'

I smiled and chuckled, then I changed back into my regular clothing, and started heading back home.

(Into DreamLand!)

I was emerged in water, and I saw many sea creatures, and I smiled, seeing a Basking Shark, surrounded by smaller fishes. I saw other animals, such as the dolphin, the orca whale, the penguin, the shark, and lastly the butterfly. I smiled wide and laughed happily, then I saw a beautiful looking fish, that had bright purples, blues, pinks, greens, and reds. It was a beauty, I couldn't believe it by my eyes. I put my hand out, and the fish cuddled into my hand, and I started petting it, and then saw bright lights, and then a board and stands, with many people.

I was in a swimming tournament, and I was swimming, and I heard cheering, I saw the Basking Shark again and I swam faster, each stroke piercing the water like a bite with fangs. I panted and reached the board, the crowd going wild. I smiled and cheered, seeing I got here first. Then I went to black and was back in the ocean, seeing the Basking Shark with itself, but it had tints of purples and blacks to it instead of it's original brown. I swam up to touch it, and it's skin felt like woven silk, it was so soft.

I smiled and an array of colorful fish surrounded the shark and I, and I saw dolphins, butterflies, penguins, Orca whales, and different types of sharks, but then I saw a different type of animal. It was a cherry red cheetah, and I swam up to it, and went to touch it, and it's fur was soft to the touch. It purred, and the colors were now different colors of red, and it's eyes changed from purple to a light pink. I smiled and kissed it's head, and it turned into a soccer ball. I blinked and my eyes widened, and then I saw a field, with Kaito in the middle of it.

"Come on, Ryu! Let's play a game of soccer!" I smiled and kicked the ball to him, and ran after him, smiling a wide smile. Then it went back to when the Basking Shark and I were alone in the ocean, and the Basking Shark was the colors of blue and grey. I sighed sadly and touched it, it's colors changing from blue to red in a steady manor, the grey turning to black. This was the anger in the phase I was in, but it soon turned back to the tints of purples and blacks, and had a small tint of green, red, blue, pink, and dark purple stood out from the other purples, and I also saw a magenta. I smiled, as the colors reminded me of my present friends, Haru, Makoto, Gou, Penguin, Shark Tooth, and Butterfly.

I then saw a Whale Shark that was under my feet, and I swam down to it, a new memory rising above, one that I didn't think would come back. My childhood friend, Sosuke. "Come on, Ryutsuki, we can't be late for our first day of school!" When he got popular, he left me, which made me sad, but then I met Kaito. Boy was I bad at keeping friends.

I shook my head, chuckling, shedding tears of happiness. I looked back, and then saw a bright light, and I opened my eyes, seeing my bedroom. "What a weird dream...maybe it's warning me of something..." I heard a knock at the door and got up, yelling, "I'm coming, I'm coming!" I put on my hoodie and put the hood on top of my head and opened the door, seeing Shark Tooth. "Oh. Hey, what's up Shark Tooth?" I leaned against the door rail, a flashed a small smile at him, making him blush slightly.

"Well, I was wondering if we could hang out, I thought it would be cool, since today is a nice day after all." I looked at my watch and saw that it was 9 o'clock in the morning and I nodded. "Sure, just let me get ready, I'll be down real quick, just hangout in the living room." I went back to my room and grabbed my swimsuit and put it on, and put some jeans on along with a tank top that hid my swimsuit top and put my hoodie back on, and but on a beanie, and walked downstairs, seeing him looking at some of the pictures that was in the room. "These pictures...was this your father...?" I blinked and saw him holding a picture of my father, mother, and I with Kaito, holding a soccer ball.

I smiled a soft, sad smile. "Yeah, he died a couple years ago, when I was just turning twelve. So every year on my birthday, I visit my father's grave, and on my mother's, we do the same thing..." He widened his eyes and said, "I'm sorry for your loss, Ryu. I shouldn't of asked." I shook my head, and smiled. "Nah, it's fine, we've been recovering over his death, my mother and I. It's been hard for the past years, but we do the best we can."

He nodded and we both walked outside and I closed the door, and started walking down the street, stopping by a restaurant to eat some breakfast, and then we stopped at the beach. I looked up at the sky, seeing seagulls, a clear blue sky, smelt the smell of salt in the air, and hearing the soft waves of the ocean. I looked back over to Shark Tooth and asked, "Why'd you bring me here, Shark Tooth?" "Rin. I want you to call my name from now on." I rolled my eyes. "Not until I know you better, Shark Tooth. Now, if you want to get to know me better, than start talking." I stripped off my clothes, being in my swimsuit, and sat down in the water, and he chuckled, and nodded, sitting in the sand and started talking to me.

We talk for hours, and I smiled softly and said, "So, Rin, you have a best friend named Souske? I used to have a childhood friend named Souske..." Rin's eyes widened and he smiled in victory. "Yes! And yeah, I do, he's just in Tokyo, with the top swim team..." I nodded and smiled, and looked out to the ocean. "..." We were in a comfortable silence, one that was always never awkward. Wow, I never knew that the ocean could be so peaceful...

I got up and grabbed my towel that I put into my bag and wiped myself from water, and put my clothes back on. "How about a jog around town? I heard there's this new ice cream place in town, so we can stop by there." He nodded approvingly and said, "Ok, sure. Are you going to be paying for it?" I nodded and said, "My treat." I started jogging towards the direction after I put my shoes on, and smiled over to him.

"You coming or not? I could just leave you here, and you have to find the place on your own." He shook his head and got up, running after me, yelling, "Wait for me!"

(Time-Skip To When They Arrive At The Ice Cream Place)

We entered the cool store, and I wiped away sweat from my forehead, with my hoodie around my waist instead of wearing it. "Wow, it sure is hella hot today." I panted quietly, and he nodded, wearing a baseball cap to keep the sun out of his eyes, Rin panting also. I walked up to the counter and said, "Pick whichever you like, it's fine with me." I looked down and ordered a chocolate ice cream on a cone, while Rin ordered for a popsicle. I smiled and shook my head, and paid, sitting outside by the fountain that was near it.

I quietly ate my ice cream while he ate his popsicle, and I heard Gou's voice, "Rin, Ryu, I found you guys, what's up?!" I looked up and smiled a bit and said, "Hey Gou. Nothing much, Rin and I went to the beach and got ice cream." Gou smiled happily and nodded, saying, "Awesome, well, I better get to the grocery store, bye!" I nodded and waved bye, and Rin chuckled, saying, "Always full of energy, now I know why you called her Glee." I nodded and chuckled, raising a brow, saying, "Why wouldn't I call her Glee, she has the gleefullest smile I've ever seen."

He nodded and chuckled, getting up, throwing his stick away, and I finished my ice cream and said, "Where to next?" "The park? I heard it's very shady there, so some shade can do us good." I nodded and started jogging to the park, saying, "Keep up, I'm on my toes today!" He ran after me, and he chuckled, nodding. "I can see."

(Time-Skip To The End of The Day)

We found ourselves sitting at a bench, looking up at the moonlit sky. It was beautiful, and it was cooler than it was earlier today, making me sigh in satisfaction. "It feels nice at night, doesn't it? At least it's not like a million degrees Fahrenheit." Rin nodded in agreement, saying, "Yeah, I was soaked with sweat today, and this is a lot of sweat just for one day." I nodded and smiled, getting up.

"We should be going, my mother's going to be worried that I haven't been home all day. Later." I waved to him and he waved back, saying, "Bye Ryu!" I jogged back home and opened the door, and my mother was eating some rice, and I said, "Hey mom, I'm back." She smiled at me and said, "How was your day with your new friend?" I smiled and said, "Today has been a great day, do you want me to cook some crab?"

She nodded and said, "Yes please!" I chuckled and nodded, getting an apron on and started cooking crab. After dinner, I took a bath and emerged myself in cool water, reminding me of that dream. Why did I dream that dream, and also, why did Sosuke suddenly come up in my dream? I shook my head and changed for bed, going to sleep, rewinding what happened today. Today might've been one of those days that I have actually had fun in...
