Cayla and Rana sat in their cell while Rosie laid unconscious. Black and Red lightning illuminated  the dark room for a moment showing Sinister Speed had returned. "Why us, out of thousands of people in this city you picked us" Cayla said walking up to the bars. "Your mother and their fathers were working with the Reverse Flash, and I will repeat history starting with her" he said pointing at the youngest of the group."Our familia will find us you son of a bitch"Rana screamed. Police sirens were heard in the background. "Looks like history will have to wait" Cayla said.

A few years later

"Come on Hadie you can't be mad at Khione forever" Ronnie said with a M.A.D 2.0 on her head. "Yes I can Ronnie" Hadie said.Ronnie rolled her eyes" By the way that outfit is terrible" She added. "Bye Devil's Spawn" Ronnie said. "Whatever trainwreck" Hadie said before Ronnie turned off the M.A.D 2.0. Ronnie turned to see Cayla still in bed with her hand dangling over. "Do you ever not sleep" Ronnie said to herself. Ronnie walked over and shoved her sister off the bed. "RONNIE!" Cayla screamed getting up. "You little bitch" Cayla said. "Sorry but it had to be done sis now come on" Ronnie said. Cayla threw a pillow at her twin and got up. " No It's Saturday and I intend on sleeping so don't test me" Cayla said her eyes going blue.

"Is that how it is" Ronnie said. Soon her eyes went white.

They stare at each other before steam starts rising from the floor. Both there eyes go back and they laugh. "I guess Khione and Hadie are influencing us. Again."Cayla said. Ronnie smiled and threw a bunch of clothes at her. "Get dressed quick" Ronnie said. "Why, what's going on"Cayla asked. "It's 'You know who's' birthday" Ronnie said."And we all know what happens to Rosie" Ronni added. "Oh so what do you have planned this year. Meta-Human rights march, no Secret concert that will so get us in our private cells?" Cayla asked from her bed while Ronnie slipped on some black shoes. "Even Better" Ronnie said. "So what do you think" Cayla asked.

"Nice one Ronnie, so what do you have planned" Cayla asked. Ronnie smiled and said. "Just wait you are so impatient " then left the room. Cayla then got her own M.A.D 2.0 and put it on."Have any idea Khi" Cayla asked. "Nope I was also was asleep so please get this over with" 'Khi' said. "Come on Khione you don't even have to move, so please just bear with me" Cayla said."Fine!" Khione said in a annoyed tone. "Plus Momma Caity is behind us". Cayla turned around and smiled a her mother. "Good morning Momma Caity" Cayla said hugging Caitlin. "Please keep your sister out of trouble" Caitlin said. "Do you think I will make a difference" Cayla said.

Outside the movie

Caitlin was surprised."Why would Ronnie get in trouble" She asked. "Ronnie super stubborn and loves getting in trouble" Nora said. "I remember the time everyone but you, Henry and Dante vandalised the Flash Museum" J said. "How would you know that"Nora asked. "I was one of the leading detectives Ms.West-Allen" J said. Nora studied her closely, She felt like she recognized her.

In the Movie

Cayla was riding a light blue bike in a calm neighborhood before stopping at the West-Allen house. She walked in and shouted. "Frosty is in the house! Come on Speed-breaker we need to go" Rosie ran down the stairs and skipping the last three steps by jumping. "Cayla I'm not Nora or Henry, thankfully I did not inherit the Allen tardiness" She said hugging her friend. "We all know that, so have you seen Jackson lately she has been really"Cayla said walking out the door and Rosie closing it. " Distant and scared. Ya Nora was on about it. So what has Ronnie got planned this year" Rosie asked walking next to Cayla who was slowly riding her bike."She won't tell me" Cayla said. She then rang her bell three times and it folded into a ball which she caught in mid air. They walked into Jitters and lined up to order. When it was their turn a girl with blonde hair smiled, "Hey guys so let me guess a Killer Frost and a Choc-A-Boo with cinnamon and cream" She smiled. "You know us so well Jackson, plus my mom is still waiting for you to take that internship" Rosie said. "I don't know, West-Allen I mean have you seen my father" Jackson said filling their cups. She turned to see Rosie's face. "I'll think about it kiddo" Jackson said giving them their orders. "Oh and you are having dinner at my place" Rosie said walking away leaving her stunned. "So how is your dad" Cayla asked. "Court next  week, D.A is hoping for a lighter sentence but is clear he will be on death row" Jackson said. "Send him my luck Jackson" Cayla said smiling sympathetically before leaving. "Why would you care about my father" Jackson said playing with a ring on her right ring finger.

Now on the roof, Cayla and Rosie were met with Diane, Rana, Ronnie and Riley. "So whatcha got planned this year Hot Head" Riley asked. "Keep calling me that Stretch Junior and we'll see what this hot head can really do" Ronnie said. "What do you have planned, oh and JJ said he wish he could get here earlier but you guys know my Grandpa Harry" Diane said. "Anyways, the policemen ball is this week and I thought we could crash the party" Ronnie said smiling. "Let me guess you already told JJ to get out of the city to get some tech" Rana said. Ronnie smiled and nodded. "This is not ending well for me is it" Cayla said seeing the look on her sister's face

Cayla and Ronnie walked in to the big ballroom. The went up to Nora and Jackson. "If your mom or grandfather see me they will give me the 'just wait till I get you alone' look and you know that scares me to death" Jackson said to Nora. "My mom loves you, and please it's not that scary" Nora said. "I haven't been home in the last two weeks, I'm surprised Joe hasn't found me" Jackson said. That is when Iris came up. "You are grounded Persephone Jackson" She said in a strict voice. "I'm not gonna get out of here by myself am I" Persephone said looking at Iris in the eye. "No" Iris said. Ronnie came up to the two girls and whispered something Iris couldn't hear. "We gotta go. You love me remember that" Persephone said getting dragged by Cayla.

Soon a force field was created in the center of the room. Cayla blasted ice on the floor about two inches. Ronnie malted the ice to create water. The room went black for a few moments. The lights came back on to show the teens of team flash and other teens at the sides. Ronnie and JJ stood in the middle with mics around their heads. "Don't worry and please don't arrest us please" Ronnie said.

At the West-Allen Household

The entire family gathered around DJ, who had an ice pack on his head. "Music Meister, just great" Cisco said. Ronnie came into the room looking like she just got off the phone. "That was Percy, she said her dad had an encounter with Music Meister before he got trapped here. She is gonna try and get his location" She said. "What if I vibe me and Cayla into this mind world and help her get out" DJ said. "No we should wait until Percy is here she can help us more" Wally said. "Let's just hope her father will cooperate" Joe said.

Iron Heights

Persephone or Percy as she liked to be called walked down a concrete corridor to be met with a guard who was reading the Central City Citizen. 

"Hey Percy here to see your father" he said. "Yes but I hope he can help with something" Percy said. "Remember" He said "Don't use your powers near the cell window I know" she said as the door opened.  She brought a spare chair with her and  brought it in and sat down. She looked in front of her and said "Hi Dad"

"My little girl how are you" Eobard said smiling at his daughter. Percy looked at him in anger "We have a lot to talk about"
