Team Flash were in the cortex when a black breach just appeared out of nowhere. "What's that" Cisco exclaimed. A small white ball fell out of the breach and it disappeared. Nora walked over to the ball and picked it up. "How did this get here" She said tilting her head. "Uh we just saw a black breach" Ralph said. "No, this is from the future, it's mine" Nora said confused. "What is it" Barry asked. "It's a last message from my best friend" Nora said looking at the ground. "Nora, you want to tell us something don't you, I can feel your guilt" Cecile said from next to Joe. Nora looked away from her parents, tears forming in her eyes. "Nora you can tell us anything" Iris said. "Ten years ago there was a building fire, Rosie and Aunt Jenna were in the building. It was supposed to be me with Jenna that night but I let Rosie because was upset since Henry died and she and Jenna got along so well" Nora started to cry her hand over her mouth. Barry went over to his daughter and hugged her. "Nora who are Henry and Rosie" Caitlin asked. Barry pulled away from her so she could speak. "My twin brother and baby sister" Nora said choking it out and  crying more. "Nora if she died in a fire how did she have a last message" Cisco said. "Rosella had a condition, and she... um... overdosed on her medication and when Henry died she tried to jump off the Flash Museum" Nora said hugging herself. "Do you know what's on the video" Barry asked. "I've been to scared to see it" Nora admitted.

"Why don't you play it and we'll all watch it together" Caitlin said. Nora nodded and started to set up the device."There are two files. One video the other is just audio" Nora said.It projected and image of a girl with red hair and gold highlights. She wore round black rimmed glasses that made her green eyes pop out.

"Hey Nora if your watching this, then I went through with faking my death. I know you and you'll be watching this with Team Flash. I'm alive and the only ones who know are Ronnie and Rana. Don't come looking for me, Sinister Speed will kill you. The next clip is something I was working on for your birthday. I love you XS, forever and always" the girl said. The next file immediately came on next.

Nora smiled with tears streaming down her face. "She's alive" Nora said in relief. But soon Nora started to feel dizzy before anyone could help her they all fell to the floor and darkness consumed the team.

The team woke up to restraints around their arms. They all tried to use their powers or their strength but couldn't escape. "Stop trying, I'm not stupid enough to not tie them loosely" a voice spoke. A woman came out of the shadows. She wore a black leather jacket, dark purple top and black jeans. Her hair was black down to her knees with a stripe of white she wore a black mask."Who are you and what are we doing here" Cisco said. That's when a voice spoke. "We sure ain't getting ice-cream" the cold voice spoke. The team turned to see Killer Frost next to Caitlin! "How is this possible" Iris said. "Future tech" the woman said. She looked at Iris, Joe and Cecile like she had seen a ghost. "I'll make you a deal, you can't leave even if you used your powers, I'll let you go of your restraints and you not try to kill me" the woman said. The team slurred a bunch of 'Yeahs' and 'Seems, fair'. With a wave of her hands all restraints and dampeners were gone. "What's, your name" Nora said coldly. "Call me J" she said. "Why are we here" Barry asked. He looked around and realised it was a movie theater. "My employer brought you here, he wants you to watch your children's lives, he got this movie on another Earth called 'Team Flash: Next Generation' and its a musical" J said in a monotone voice.

A groan echoed through out the room. A girl with black and red hair.

She looked super pissed. "Where is she J!" the girl screamed. J just turned around and smiled. "Iris, you made it" J said. "Where is my mom" Little Iris said. She looked around and her eyes landed on Iris and Nora. "What are they doing here, Papa Thawne didn't tell me this" Little Iris said. "He didn't know dimwit, you really think your father told your grandfather your family would be here" J said. Little Iris, speeded to J holding her by the collar of her black leather jacket. Her eyes glowing red. "Tell me where my mother is niw and return my family home" her voice vibrated with each word. "Just watch the stupid movie and I swear on my badge your mom will be free Iris" J said. "You better hope I don't kill you by then detective" Little Iris said. She looked at the group in front of her and smiled. "Hi I'm Iris but most people call me by my middle name Emma" she said.She sat down next to Nora as the movie began to play.
