Inside the Movie

Rosie was on the roof of Jitters when she heard a scuffling noise. She stepped of the ledge and looked behind her to see Music Meister. She sighed "Great it's you" She said fakely optimistic. "You know me?" Meister asked her. "Who doesn't know like come you put my Dad and Aunt Kara in a musical. It's kinda cool" Rosie told him. She stood only a few inches away "I know how this goes who knew Nora ranting about the Flash would pay off" Rosie said. Music Meister did his glowy-eye thing and caught Rosie before she fell to the concrete roof. " You will see the person you fear most and also the person who inspires you most"He said before his 'magic' set in properly.

Rosie ran down the stairs of CCPD, gasping for breath. Then a female speedster with black lightning was in front of her. "You can't run from fear, Roseanne no one can out run fear" She said. Rosie kicked her in the gut and said "But I can" Before using her speed to run to a house.

She walked inside "Hello!" She shouted. "I've been waiting for you, flower" A voice said. Rosie turned to see Nora Allen. "Mama Nora" Rosie asked her self. "Did you know if your father was a girl we were going to name him Roseanne after my mother" Nora said patting the space on the couch beside her. Rosie sat down next to her. "I know you're not her, but why you" Rosie asked, Nora smiled. "Because I am the one who inspires you most" Nora answered. "Do you know why Dad did what he did" Rosie asked. "He dampened your speed because he knew Cicada would return and he wanted to give you three your best chance, darling" Nora said brushing some of Rosie's hair out of her face. "You know about the VDW don't you" Rosie said. Nora nodded. Rosie put her hand on the  top of her head and ripped it off. A wig that faded into a clip was in her hand as her long red and gold hair fell upon her shoulders.

"Why do you hide it Rosie" Nora asked. "I don't want to be a reminder of what mom lost. Being born the day your father dies and being like him in so many ways. I... I just don't want to be the cause of her pain" Rosie admitted. "Listen to me Roseanne May West-Allen. [Nora held her hands in her own] You are not of reminder of what Iris lost but a reminder of the man she will love until the end of time" Nora said. Rosie nodded tears in her eyes, Nora wiped her eyes and said "Now there is someone you need to meet, my beautiful girl" Rosie looked up at her and asked "Who?"

With Percy

Percy was sitting on a bench with her head in her hands. "This isn't happening" She mumbled. She looked to see Barry just looking at her. "Why you! I mean out of all the people I know why you" She shouted making a screen crack. "I'm the person you look up to most, why is that" Barry said. "I guess I always wanted to prove to you that I'm not my father" Percy said looking at the Reverse-Flash display. "But, I'll always be reminded one way or another. I am built to be evil, it's in my DNA" Percy said looking to the Black Witch display. She walked up to it a read the information like lyrics to her favorite song. "The Black Witch first appeared in 2019 after the fall of Cicada, she used her powers to manipulate the minds of meta to join her personal army. She is strategical like Reverse-Flash, manipulative like Zoom , power hungry like Savitar and is always one step ahead of the Flash like The Thinker. She was captured in 2021 and pleaded guilty, she was admitted early release due to pregnancy and was monitored until her death in 2033 leaving her child unknown to most of the world". She took out her necklace of a heart key pendant.

"My mother was evil and my father is too, I'm supposed to follow their legacy" Percy said tears in her eyes. A door appeared behind Barry. "Percy come with me and I will show you your legacy" Barry told her. They both walked through.

Percy was met with her fourteen year old self watching the news from the couch.

"Three young girls aged from 11 to 15 have been captured by a new speedster one is the daughter of famous reporter and head off the CC Citizen Iris West-Allen"

Younger Percy's phone rang and she answered without checking who it is.

"Hello"

"Percy it's Joe we need you"

"What for?"

"Help us save Rosie, Rana and Cayla" 

 Younger Percy looked at her ring and sighed. 

"Give me a few minutes" she said getting up and zoomed out of the house. She went to the Time Vault. She got a black mask and ran to the warehouse where Rosie, Rana and Cayla were. She raced in and got Rana and Cayla out who ran to Caitlin and Cisco. As she tried to get Rosie her powers were taken by Cicada's dagger. "Funny thing is I'm a descendant of Cicada and I can wield his dagger" Sinister Speed said.Younger Percy's eyes glowed electric blue as she smiled.

"Not all my powers are from dark matter" She said. Younger Percy stood tall and turned to face Sinister Speed. "Do you know what it's like to have your heart ripped out when someone you love dies?. It feels like this" She told her half brother, she dropped in front of Rosie protecting her as a wave of purple and yellow energy released itself from her body knocking her brother unconscious and giving back her speed.

She got Rosie and walked out with her in her arms with the words of her mother saying "Your most powerful moments will always reflect the one you love most"

The scene was brought back to the Flash museum. Percy looked at the man she looks up to most. "I'm not in a mind world, I'm in your Speed Force prison you got captured on during crisis" She realized she was talking to the real  Barry Allen. He nodded. "Now there is someone you need to meet" Barry said "Who?" Percy asked. A bright light took hold of Percy's vision.

She was now standing in front of a house that she recognized as the house next door to the West-Allen household. "Percy!" A voice called. The witch turned to see Rosie running to her. They hugged smiling. "Everyone is so worried about you kiddo" Percy said. "I'm fine, Jackson" Rosie said smiling. They separated and looked to the house in front of them. 

"Who are we supposed to meet" They both said. They looked at each other and it was like each other knew what the other did. But before they could say anything a small speedster with bright blue lightning ran passed them. She looked at the two teens. She had blonde hair and green eyes.

She looked up at them. "Hey honey who are you" Percy asked. "Hi...I'm Dawn Allen" she said smiling. Rosie was a bit surprised, Allen was her father's last name. "Where are you parents sweetie" Rosie asked. "Mommy died and Daddy doesn't exist anymore" Dawn said. "Who is your daddy" Percy asked. "He said I had to call him...".

 The scene stopped with Percy and Rosie waking up in a makeshift medical room. Lines of 'Thank God' or 'You guys are awake' filled the silence before Iris stepped to Rosie and said "You little missy are going to tell me everything about your powers" and Rosie gulped. "Habeat deos quaeso, ut miserere animae meae" (Please may the gods have mercy on my soul) Rosie said in Latin with a look of fear written across her face.
