2- Daytime
12:00 pm
We had been in the recording studio since 10 and we needed a lunch break, so we decided to go to Café La Fortuna because they have really good coffee and sandwiches for lunch.
As for the song, I figured out what the title should be... Watching The Wheels. Now I can finalize that and put it into the Double Fantasy album, which would be coming out soon. After I finished that song, I helped Yoko with her Kiss Kiss Kiss song. Honestly, I felt like this wasn't that great of a song, but everyone has their own different tastes and I respect my beautiful wife.
Throughout the morning I felt like there was some sort of a bad presence surrounding me and I really didn't like it. I'm sure it was nothing, so I carried on.
Yoko and I strolled on over to the café on this sunny afternoon and I signed a few autographs. I made one out to a businessman's daughter named Lillie, a woman named Theresa, and a man named Mark.
I don't like to judge but this Mark man looked really weird. He had large tortoiseshell glasses, and kind of resembled a pig. He seemed a little bit overly-excited about meeting me, too. I mean I'm just a regular person... the same as you and me.
When we got to the café, it was 12:30 which is the perfect time to have lunch. "Hey, Trapani! How's it going?"
"Great, how about you?" he said with a smile.
"I'm great as well, finished a couple songs in the studio this morning."
"Well that's great! So what would you like today, Mr. and Mrs. Lennon?"
"I'd like a coffee as usual and a veggie sandwich with a little bit of vinegar," Yoko replied.
"And I'll have the same as her," I said.
"Alrighty, comin' right up!"
We sat down at our usual spot and waited for our food.

We smoked a couple until we got our coffee and sandwiches, which took about ten minutes. You know, sometimes I wish there wasn't such thing as smoking, it's terrible for our health but we just can't break the habit. Maybe we'll go to a rehab for a little bit, but during the summer, though.
"Here's the coffee," Mr. Trapani set down the coffee, "and here are the two veggie sandwiches. Enjoy!"
"Thank you," Yoko and I both said.
"You're very welcome."
Yoko and I talked for a little bit, and I decided to mention this bad feeling coming on. She never sensed it, which kind of worried me because that might mean something bad will happen for me. I guess overthinking is the devil, so I ignored it.
All three of us got back to the studio at 1:30 after picking up Sean from daycare. Then we went straight to work. We were so close to finishing all of the songs for the album, but we still had a couple of Yoko's songs to finish up. We called it quits by 10:15 in the night and started packing up to go home.
A/N: I apologize about the short chapters and for not posting in so long!! I'll try to write more often for this book, especially around this time because I have a winter break coming up! Well, I hope you like the book so far 😁
