"Is everything alright?" Ichinomiya asks,looking worried.

I don't get him, one moment he was being all silent and shit and then as soon as I mention my name ...

I take off my sunglasses and smile. "I'm fine, thank you."

He's trying to win me over.

At the moment I also needed some connections.

Especially ones with money.

I decided to go along with his little act. It's not like I was being completely genuine either.

"Do you have a date for tonight Miss Lee?"

There it is.

"No." I smile. "I didn't plan on having one either."

"Well then may I ask you to-" his phone rang cutting him off, his face hardened when he saw the name on the screen.

"Kisaki?" He answers. The voice on the other side speaks quickly. "I see then." He hangs up and looks me straight in the eye.

"Um...I-" I wasn't going to have him take me. I mean, CL getting a date? People are gonna talk.

"I'm going to have to turn you down..."

"Oh?" Suddenly his gentle expression turns into a menacing smirk. "Chaerin Lee, you need 2 million dollars correct?"

What?

"How did you-?" I still tried keeping up the innocent act. He probably eavesdropped while I was talking to the boss.

"I'll give you 2 million in exchange for something." He eyes me up and down. "You'll have to keep me company tonight."

"Um..." I didn't know what to say. I was pretty much disgusted but if he wanted a woman, I bet he wouldn't have to pay her that much.

Ahhh I felt like stabbing him with my long ass nails but...

"In what sense?" I ask narrowing my eyes at him. This guy doesn't look like the type to sleep around in general.

"The person that just called me confirmed that there is a guest there that I have to prove something to."

I smirk. "A lie?"

He gestures back. "Will you be my date tonight, and for the rest of the I.V.C.?" He holds his hand out to me.

It's only three days...

I think for a moment before making up my mind.

"You've got yourself a deal." I take his hand and shake it firmly, as if making a pact from our little deal.

He offers me his arm and I take it.

I do so and we walk inside the party without another word.

He walked around greeting almost everybody. I do the same, getting recognized occasionally.

"You too make quite the pair." I hear a gruff voice from behind us.

"Mr. Bucci!" Eisuke greets the man with a huge smile. "I've been waiting to see you all night!"

The man was older and slightly overweight. His hair was greying and he smoked a thick cigar.

For one, I'll guarantee you this man is not Japanese.

Eisuke eyes me looking at the man. He leans in close enough for me to feel his breath on my ear.

"He's Italian mafia." He whispers.

I smile at his words pretending of Mr. Bucci, that I had heard otherwise.

"Your rather close to this new date of yours, Eisuke." The man looks away rather uncomfortably.

Eisuke smiles kindly before I introducing me. "Mr. Bucci, this is my fiancée. The one I mentioned before."

His face drains from its color. "My, little Carolina will be very disappointed..."

Ah, I see now.

This man's daughter must have had an interest in Eisuke.

Pfft that's pathetic.

"Nice to meet you Mr. Bucci." I bow slightly. "My name is Chaerin Lee."

He stares at me before giving me some kind of evaluation. "I suppose you are very beautiful. I don't know why, but it feels like I've seen you before..."

"Oh well you see... I am the leader of the Korean girl group 2NE1."

"Oh.."

He starts taking to Eisuke again, this time about business.

On the other hand, I, looked around for any signs of the rest of 2NE1.

They were not anywhere to be seen.

Eisuke wraps up his trip to the I.V.C. We walk out and he gets into some really fancy looking elevator.

Where we supposed to part here?

"I guess I'll see you tomorrow then, I wave at him while walking away."

"Wait." He says stopping me in my tracks. "Come with me."

I turn around and see him waiting for me in the elevator.

"Where are you going to take me?"

"My penthouse."
