-Chapter 9-

They started that morning.

I woke up, the sun blaring through the window like a large wake-up call. I couldn't help but smirk while rubbing my eyes, and trying to wake up.

With Ty in my arms, and a blanket of silence draped across the hotel, this was a perfect start to a two-week vacation.

I glanced down at Ty, who was indeed snuggled into my chest. His hand was by his mouth, and his face was perfectly relaxed. His other hand was on my heart, and I could feel his breaths in time with the steady thumping.

My mind raced with everything he told me about yesterday. The girl.

How come she was back? I had a lot to owe to her, sure. But I still didn't understand how she could be back.

And what made me so sure it was her? I barely saw her face.

I remembered the look on Seto's face after she had left. It was like he knew something none of us did.

Maybe he did. Actually, knowing him, he probably did. I would call him later.

Ty shifted in my arms, turning away from me. I took that as a go-ahead, and very slowly removed my arms from around him. I swung my legs over silently, giving my body a moment to get ready for standing.

As soon as I did, I padded over to the bathroom and closed the door quietly behind me, making sure it didn't squeak too loudly.

Now that I was purely confused, I walked over on silent feet and picked up the phone, one of the crappy hotel ones with a cord. Oh well.

"Okay," i mumbled, then pushed in Seto's number. I decided that it would be better to just call him now, rather than waiting for Ty to wake up then make up some reason for leaving him.

"What's up Sky." Said a rather tired voice on the other end, and before I realized it, I had to speak.

"Uh...yeah. Hi. Sorry for calling so early."

Nice one, captain smooth. Jesus Christ, what time IS it? It could be six in the morning for all I know and I just woke him up.

"Sky, it's one in the afternoon."

Oh..

Well.

Shit.

"Oh...."

The sorcerer burst out laughing on the other end, and it didn't take time for me to join in and giggle along. Before long our giggles came to a cease, and he began talking once more.

"I just sounded tired because I was busy with practicing my sorcery. It takes energy away, man. So, why are you calling?"

It took me a few moments to analyze how to answer his question. How do I ask this? Will he even know whom I'm talking about?

"Remember...remember that girl?"

"...Yes." Was his only reply, and I knew instantly that he knew who I was speaking of.

"Well...Ty saw her in his dreams. She full out talked to him."

"What did she say?!?!" Seto cried rather forcefully, making my eyes widen. Why was he so he'll bent on finding out?

"She told him to be careful! because during his child birth! someone was going to come and try to make trouble. Someone that he came to trust, apparently."

"And you called me thinking that I would know?"

"No, not exactly." Although that would be nice, I thought. "I called to ask why you seemed to know something we didn't when we first saw her."

There was a large, deep sigh on the other end, and it was a few, torturous minutes until the sorcerer talked once more.

"Listen, Sky, there's some things that you or Ty can't know. It's for your own good, and if you find out, it would cause trouble. And I truly hate hiding these things from you, but telling you would cause just as much trouble as the trusted person will."

"So you know who this person is?!?!" Anger creeped through me. I don't know what game Seto is playing, but he needs to stop being so damn dramatic and tell me. I mean, this IS Ty and the baby's well-being here!

"Yes, but again Sky, whatever is going to happen is something that has to happen." Suddenly, there was a bang, and a shout from behind.

"SETO. I KNOCKED OVER THE RACK. HELP PLEASE."

There was a sigh from Seto, and he started speaking faster than before.

"Listen, I've gotta go and I'm sorry. I can tell you one thing though ; October 12th."

"What about it?" Sounded like anothe ordinary date to me.

"Just mark it, alright? Make sure you don't have anything planned. Just stay at home all day. I've gotta go now!" And with that, and a loud beep, the other end cut off.

I put the phone back slowly, trying to contemplate what he told me.

What about that date was so special? It seemed like an another random date, to me.

"Sky?" Asked a sudden, very sleepy voice. I turned around to see Ty, who had opened the door and was rubbing a hand over his eye.

"Where did you go?" A hint of sadness resonated in his voice, and I had to smile.

Little did I know, that this was the start of the hormones.

I thought that this was gonna be shorter than it is XD

So yeah, big thing in this chapter! What's the date about?

Also, I have a little announcement. From the 4th to 14th, I will not be updating. This is because I will be in Disney, and we won't be getting back until, like, 11 or 12 at night.

So yeah, sorry about that. I'm SOOO excited though :D

That's another reason why I'm doing this constant updating, to make up for that.
