a.) I cannot read one word in the sentence (like literally, ONE WORD. like physically. it's just one word. the one word before during the day.) so I shall leave this blank for now TvT
b.) yeah, mostly! it's hard for me to fall asleep in general, so when I have trouble falling asleep I usually don't think about the stuff that stresses me, or I think up of ways to alleviate that stress. (like if im stressed over a deadline for an af form, I think abt the form, so i can complete it ASAP)
c.) kind of? not severely, I feel more sick when I'm nervous LOL. it kind of clenches, but it's nothing serious.

a.) YES DEFINITELY, stress almost always leads to worry haha. and that consequently leads to nervousness. I can differentiate between stress, worry, and nervousness, but they do usually go hand-in-hand in one way or another.
b.) when I'm REALLY stressed I do tend to become snappier, especially if I'm in a rush. I usually keep control over when I get mad, but I would say I'm more prone to anger when I'm stressed.
5. I can't think of it off of the top of my head, but I should hope so? (Not including myself, LOL) I usually help in subtle ways if I think they're stressed depending on the situation, like just giving them a hand in whatever they need to do, etc.
6. Kind of a mixture of all three? For me stress is pretty helpful and necessary when I need to get a move on, it helps me get out of procrastination, but I wouldn't say it's always good. Stress really wears down on me personally, but I think it's one of those things where you just have to live with it because the benefits are about the same as the costs (depending on the situation, this could vary, of course).
7. HOOO YEAHHH, a little too alive. It's like a drank a bunch of caffeinated drinks, but the effects are more subtle and last longer. Stress makes me hyper at times, and it builds, so sometimes I have the urge to just scream and holler it out when I'm stressed. There's just more pent-up energy bubbling around all of a sudden!
8. Sometimes? It depends on the situation honestly; I wouldn't always say 'stressful' but there are definite moments where I'm nervous or worried.
9. No, not always! It's mostly all me since I tend to overpressure myself all the time (I need to fix that habit LOL). Sometimes it is caused by the fact Idon't want to let down the people around me, since I tend to set high expectations for myself, but again, it depends. I mostly don't want to let myself or other people down, so typically it's a "me thing".
10. When I get moving, get things done, and I still feel okay afterwards! I know it's bad stress when I feel like "welp I think I may need to get the tissues as any small thing could make me start sobbing??". Like I said before stress motivates me at times, and it hypes me up, but as long as it doesn't go overboard, I'm good-I can take it into stride and take measures to combat it.
