THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST INTERESTING OCS I'VE EVER SEEN AND I AM VERY EXCITED TO READ THEIR BOOK!

Also, I'm sorry this took longer than normal, I was busy.

Residence: Second Chance Cavern (founded by Trickle, I'll explain in a bit.), a huge underground cavern where rejects, hybrids, and freaks call home and are given a second chance at life.

Queen They Support: Sap could care less about the Queens, and rather supports Trickle.

Family: Father: Bullet - a blackish colored HiveWing with paler wings. Dead. Mother: Honeysuckle - a pretty yellowish orange dragoness with black marking and green eyes. Alive and well. Uncle: Hornet - a buff orangish, reddish, yellow dragon with a black tail and stripes. Alive and well. Brother: Soldier (like a Soldier ant) - looks like a spitting image of his father, but has yellow eyes.
These are cool designs

Friends: Trickle (SeaWing with greenish aquamarine scales that can breathe fire due to his animus sister), Char (kinds of frienemies, but are cool with each other.) (Rustic red SkyWing with 3x's the fire (triple Firescales)), Titian (MudWing, buff and friendly amber colored dragon with very strong wings. Hatched from a Crimson egg (kind of like a Dragon Blood Egg, but can handle triple firescales)), and Mist (Quiet and mysterious SkyWing and IceWing hybrid. Has fire and Frostscales (in this AU, fire and frost scales are passed through genes. Both his parents had one or the other. Can't breathe fire or forstbreath, but releases steam and/or mist that can hide himself in.)
Notes:
-Char would have had too have been a triplet.
-Mist's parents, how would they touch each other? If one was Firescales and the other was frostscales, wouldn't they hurt each other, or would it cancel out?
-Trickle would have to be a SeaWing prince if his sister was animus.

Abilities: Has electricity (will explain, hold on), and every other normal HiveWing ability. However, if he uses his electricity to much, it can cause him to blackout/fall into a coma, and/or burn his palms to a critical level.
Good setbacks. Cliché setbacks, but ones that make sense so it's okay.

Appearance: Sap looks just like his mother, Honeythistle, but a bolder yellow with dark black markings that form zigzags on his scales. He is very lean, but not muscular. His wings are a white gold color, with hints of his electricity seeming to run through the veins. His claws are black and his eyes are a light shade of brown.
Nice. I like this design.

Personality: Sap is smart on a inventor scale, and helps make armor for Char and Mist to actually help them. He is known to be childish and laid back, but can be rude. Sap is said to be talkative and a great person to talk to if you want to hear a story from, especially about Trickle and Char and what they have done. He is very humble to his tribe, and his new homes.
This makes sense because of his backstory.

Strengths: Electricity, flying (he'll survive longer then Mist ever will - Char), (fun fact, Mist has two diffrent wings sizes, making him a terrible flyer), stingers, smarts, inventing.
Ummm, maybe takeout the stingers? It just seems that with the electricity it seems kinda OP. Ooh! I know, maybe make it so that he can use the stingers, but being struck by electricity as an egg made them weaker.

Weaknesses: Runs out of power to quickly at times, foody if he's upset, fighting, hunting, was sheltered for five years.
Good weaknesses, and they make sense

Likes: Planning things ahead, Trickle, Char, his friends in general, food, inventing, writing scrolls.

Dislikes: Failing, his Phobiaphobia (fear of being scared), Char at times, snow, rain, running out of power.
Why does he dislike snow/rain?

Backstory: Sap's family was a group of runaways, trying to hide from Queen Wasp, and wanting to live a happy life.
Imma butt in here- Why are they running from Queen Wasp? If it's because of her mind-control, couldn't she control them to find them? And aren't most HiveWings okay with the mind control?

Sap was only an egg when they left, and Honeythistle was glad for it, seeing as his father died trying to protect his egg, brother-in-law, son, andd mate.
How did he die? Was he killed by a mind controlled soldier? (See above)

Soldier was only a year old when this happened, and was scarred by it, and promised his father he would protect Sap no matter what happened. They flew away to Pyrrhia, and hide in a nearby forest, trying to hide.
Sorry to keep pausing. How did they make it to Pyrrhia? ClearSight said that the only reason she made it was her future-seeing powers, and Luna was gravely injured upon her crossing, so wouldn't they be injured at least?

The family stayed there for about a month, and a week before Sap was going to hatch,  a Strom came, and lighting hit his egg. Instead of killing him, his egg absorbed it, and gave him his electrical powers. When Sap hatched, was around the time everyone else did too (Trickle, Char, Mist ect.), and accidently zapped his mother, but it was only a small little spark.

The family was shocked (no pun intended) by this, and made him keep his power a secret incase anyone found out. When he was five, he meet a small group of dragons, a SeaWing named Trickle, a SkyWing named Char, a SkyWing/IceWing hybrid named Mist, and a small family of MudWings, but grew close to the third oldest, Titian. He learned that they all had something unique that most of their tribes didn't have (except Titan and his family, besides the egg thing, they were wanted by the Queen for Stag's (the ypungest) disobedience in killing Trickle.) He told them about his power, and showed them. "Electricity. Hmmm, we could use something like that late on, maybe. You should totally join us!" were Trickle's words. Sap agreed snuck away, leaving a note that he would be safe and sound with his new friends. The group found many other dragons like them, a RainWing with to much venom, a SandWing with the ability to stretch his limbs to crazy amounts (cleverly named Stretch and Acid), and a NightWing that could temporarily take away their powers (Dryeyes). Once their group was large enough, they went to find a land for them all to rest in. Sap found a large cavern while looking for ores one day, and they realized they could make a place of rest for them all. They started to make it livable, making caves with their own claws, making rooms for stores, and finding ores and moving them. One day, Sap was fiddling around with and old NightWing relic he found (Second Chance Cavern is located near the old kingdom btw), and started to play with it, coming up with diffrent ideas and started to invent things. He's still a newbie at it, but loves it with all his heart, and wishes to continue it. Right now, he's currently working on making armor for someone besides Titian to touch Char and Mist without burning (or freezing).
This is a really cool backstory and concept. I can't wait to read the fanfic! :)
