History
Whitekit was born alongside Emberkit to Feathernose and Thistleleap. The brother and sister were good friends with each other, and still were after Emberkit became the medicine cat apprentice. Whitepaw was trained by Breezetuft, a warrior who had been an option for deputy after Ashstrike died. Ashstrike was replaced by Stormfrost, which hadn't surprised Whitepaw one bit, unlike her brother. He mentioned how he received a vision of the she-cat becoming deputy then passing moons later, but Whitepaw took nothing of it. Soon after that both received their full Clan names: Whitewhisker and Embernose.

Their mother had another she-kit, whom she named Mintkit, just after Whitewhisker received her first apprentice, Reedpaw. She trained the younger she-cat like Breezetuft did with her; with 2 moons of training in a certain area before moving onto the next. Reedpaw soon received her warrior name, Reedstalk, and just 5 moons later Whitewhisker received another apprentice. Leafpaw wasn't as willing to try her idea unlike Reedpaw, so she trained him the way everyone else did. He became a warrior named Leaffoot just a moon before Mintpaw became Mintheart. During the beginning of Leafbare, WindClan and ShadowClan held a battle together against ThunderClan and RiverClan. When a truce was made for the rest of Leafbare, Stormfrost was found dead near the lake and WindClan needed a new deputy. After Brackenstar had seen her body, he named Whitewhisker the new deputy of WindClan.
