Epilogue

"The prophecy has almost come true," Flowerfeather mewed. "I'm so proud of her." Oakblaze nodded. "When I first received it as an apprentice, I had always known that she will fulfill it."

"I agree," a flame coloured cat mewed, padding towards them. A white queen came forward to touch noses with her. "Welcome to StarClan, Flamenose."

"I was worried that you won't make it," another brown tom mewed. A golden she-cat stepped forward. "After so many moons of misjudgment, StarClan has finally known who are worthy of being in StarClan."

"Thanks Snowshine, but I still felt that I don't deserve to be here," Flamenose confessed. The brown tom, Runningfoot, shook his head. "No, you were just being used by the Dark Forest and you were blinded by anger and your need for revenge."

"I agree too," another tom mewed, running towards them. "Did I miss anything?" Oakblaze and Runningfoot touched noses with him.

"Not much, Eagleflight," the golden she-cat, Sunstar, mewed. "Is Moonberry, Breezetail and Amberbreeze coming?" Bluewhisker asked, panting as if she had ran from Fourtrees to the ThunderClan camp without stopping.

"Yes, we are coming," Amberbreeze said, arriving. "But a certain couple decides to arrive later. Luckily, Birchstar is coming with Strikepelt."

Strikepelt hopped down from a rock with Birchstar close behind him. To Amberbreeze's surprise, Moonberry and Breezetail followed them.

The gathered StarClan cats sat down on a rock each. "Why have you call us here for, Sunstar?" Runningfoot asked.

"The prophecy," Birchstar reminded him.

"What about the prophecy? I thought it was already fulfilled?" Bluewhisker wondered.

Oakblaze shook his head. "That was only part of it. I have seen part of the future. There will be a vicious battle."

"And what is the outcome? Can you see it?" Flowerfeather asked anxiously. "No, the future still remains dark to all of us," came Oakblaze's reply.

Sunstar rose and mewed, "I have seen it too. The clans must unite, but most importantly, the cats themselves in their clans need to have a stronger relationship with the others."

"But ThunderClan has more kin than the other clans," Eagleflight pointed out, dipping his head with shame. "Because of my and Moonberry's mistake."

Amberbreeze rested her tail on Eagleflight's flank and mewed, "But because of that, the clan will fight harder to protect their kin."

"Unfortunately, they don't realise that their kin is around them," Birchstar growled gruffly.

They fell silent, worry evident in their gazes.

"I have received a message," Snowshine piled up, "of a cat with a different destiny and a new prophecy. However, it wasn't clear."

"What does it mean then?" Moonberry asked. "Is it related to the current prophecy?" Breezetail questioned.

"It means only one thing," Oakblaze spoke up. They tensed up and listened closely to him. "What is it?" Flamenose urged.

"This is only the beginning," Oakblaze whispered darkly.
