Spiderkit curled up to Fiercekit's side. she still hadn't woken up spiderkit looked around the den softwhisker was snoring softly in the corner of the den. suddenly spiderkit felt movement beside her. she shot up and saw the red eyes of Fiercekit looking at her with amusement. "hi sister" Fiercekit whispered softly. "oh Fiercekit you don't know how sorry I am" spiderkit began to cry. gempaw stirred a bit but didn't wake up. "oh spiderkit I know but it wasn't your fault I had to help you" Fiercekit meowed softly and wrapped her tail around spiderkit pulling her down beside her. spiderkit pressed her head into Fiercekit's muscled shoulder. "I don't want to lose you I thought the fall killed you" spiderkit whimpers. "Sleep now sister I'll be here when you wake up" Fiercekit meowed. " I'm not going anywhere" was the last thing spiderkit heard as she fell asleep.

Softwhisker stood up from the nest she slept in last night and looked at Fiercekit and spiderkit. then she noticed that Fiercekit's tail was wrapped around spiderkit. "gempaw get up" softwhisker shook her apprentice. "what" gempaw yawned "I think Fiercekit woke up her tail is wrapped around spiderkit" softwhisker whispered. "I can hear you" Fiercekit rasped lifting her broad head from spiderkit. softwhisker jumped in surprise. "Gempaw go get hailstorm and crookedstar" softwhisker yowled and ran to Fiercekit. "Are you feeling pain or anything" softwhisker asked. "no I'm fine" Fiercekit meowed and stood up. spiderkit stirred beside her. "oh I wasn't dreaming about you being awake" spiderkit squeals and nuzzles her head into Fiercekit's chest. Fiercekit purred and licked her sister's head. suddenly hailstorm and crookedstar ran into the den. "oh my kit" hailstorm wails and bowls Fiercekit over licking her face. "oh hailstorm let the poor kit up" crookedstar meowed in amusement. Hailstorm got up and Fiercekit ran to crookedstar and pressed against his muscled chest. Fiercekit looked at her sister and mother. "I'm not going anywhere anytime soon" Fiercekit purred

Fiercekit crouched beside the fresh kill pile. she reached down to get a plump black rabbit. "here let me get it" crookedstar reached over Fiercekit and grabbed the rabbit in his jaws and sat it in front of Fiercekit. "thank you father" Fiercekit purred and ate her rabbit. "Fiercekit your growing up into such a beautiful strong cat" crookedstar meowed. Fiercekit looked up at him "father I'm just as good as spiderkit" Fiercekit meowed. "your stronger tho much more muscular" crookedstar looked at Fiercekit. Fiercekit looked away "spiderkit has swiftness and stealth" Fiercekit meowed and padded away.

Spiderkit looked up and saw Fiercekit coming to the nursery. "time for sleep kits" hailstorm meowed and Fiercekit jumped over spiderkit and curled up in the nest. spiderkit pressed to her sister's side as Fiercekit fell asleep. spiderkit couldn't sleep tho she looked around the den everyone was asleep. Lakemud's belly was bulging with kits that were due anytime now. Spiderkit got up from her sister and mother and padded out of the den. "so whitescar do you have a crush on anyone" blackbelly purred in amusement. "yeah I do I have a crush on Fiercekit" whitescar meowed softly. spiderkit held back a laugh the big white Tom was in love with her sister. "Spiderkit we can see you" blackbelly meowed. spiderkit came out of her hiding spot. "how did you see me" spiderkit asked. "your fur sweetie" blackbelly meowed. "it's hard to hide in anything other then snow" whitescar meowed. "now go back to the nursery" blackbelly meowed and went into the warriors den. Whitescar followed behind blackbelly and spiderkit went back to the nursery.
