Ashfur is one of my favorite characters-plus, Leafpool is the one to blame! She's the one who had kits in the first place and was sooooooo scared that she gave them to Squirrelflight. It's stupid. And I felt pity of Ashfur. Everyone hates him. I mean... he did almost kill innocent cats for jealousy, but come on. I don't really know what to think of Brambleclaw, so Ashfur is most likely better in my eyes. Also-I didn't get to read the part with fire or his death because I lost the book :'(. And also, I really hope that he isn't the villain in the new series. The facts point to him, but I hope that the Erins just was to lead you in his direction and make it another cat. They did say that they wish Ashfur wasn't in Star Clan, so why not redeem him? They can make him the hero in the story instead. I'm kind of desperate for him to be better and people to forgive him.
