"And, by the power of Starclan, from this day forward, you will be known as, Oceanheart. Starclan honors you bravery and kindness, and welcomes you as a full warrior of Thunderclan!" Firestar touched his muzzle to Oceanheart's bowed head. She gave him a respectful lick on the shoulder. "Thank you, Firestar." She meowed. She had earned her warrior name, because she proved herself in the battle with Shadowclan. She was very excited!

*Time skip to the day of the Gathering*

It had been two moons since Oceanheart's warrior ceremony. It was sun high, the cats in Thunderclan are sharing tounges with each other. Dovepaw and Ivypaw had recently became warriors, they are now Dovewing and Ivypool. Oceanheart was eating a small squirrel by herself. She could hear Ivypool and Dustpelt chatting nearby, "Who do you think Firestar will choose to go to the Gathering?" Dustpelt asked. Ivypool looked up from her sparrow, "Hopefully me, I haven't gone to a Gathering in moons!" she continued eating. Gathering? Oceanheart wondered. She finished her squirrel and padded over to the two cats.

"Hey, what's a Gathering?" she asked, curiously. Dustpelt glared at her, "The Gathering is where cats from all the Clans gather and have a truce, that means no fighting, no claws, nothing!"he snarled. "But, why would Firestar want to take a mouse brained, kittypet to a Gathering for Clanborn cats only!?" Ivypool mocked. Oceanheart was hurt, she only asked what a Gathering was, she didn't ask for them to insult her! She turned around and padded to the Warrior Den. She heard a meow behind her, "Oceanheart?" The cat asked. Oceanheart spun around and faced the tom, it was Firestar.

"Oh, hey Firestar, what is it?" Firestar looked at her, "Come into my den, I want to ask you a question." Oceanheart followed him to his den,once inside, Firestar sat down and signaled Oceanheart to do the same. "I over heard what Dustpelt and Ivypool said to you, they had no right!" Oceanheart looked at her paws, "I know Firestar, but do you think I shouldn't have joined Thunderclan? I'm only in the way." Firestar thought for a bit, "No, you're a great warrior, and no cat can have so much disrespect for you!"

Oceanheart looked up at her leader, "Maybe, also am I able to go to the Gathering tonight?" she asked. Firestar didn't hesitate to answer, "Yes, you are, you are one of the cats I have chosen to go the Gathering." Oceanheart was excited, she was going to her first Gathering!

*Time skip to the Gathering*

Firestar lead Thunderclan to the Great Oak for the Gathering, with Oceanheart walking beside him. She can't believe she's going to the Gathering! Riverclan and Windclan were already there, they are waiting for Shadowclan. Oceanheart went from from excited, to anxious, Firestar noticed the change in her expression.

"What is it, Oceanheart?" he meowed. Oceanheart looked up at her leader, "Nothing, its just that, what if the other clans don't like me?" Oceanheart said, with uncertainty in her eyes. Firestar thought for a bit. The other clans, especially Shadowclan, may not accept the fact that Thunderclan had brought in a new kittypet! What if the other clans try to attack her?
