Blackpaw is a black she-cat with dark blue eyes. No one except her mother and father every cared about her because of her name being a tom's name. At her birth, the medicine cat mistaked her for a tom and only fixed his mistake after Whisperflame (Father) and Littlesong (Mother) named her Blackpaw. She has no siblings and grew shy and reserved.
