"I have gathered you here to discuss a situation that has occurred near the MoonClan border." Stormstar announced to the Clan.

The StormClan cats muttered amongst themselves, turning heads to one another as they whispered. Stormstar signaled with his tail for silence, then continued speaking.

"Redpaw has been taken to the medicine den after seeing an odd blueish-reddish color of mist on the MoonClan border. We do not know what it can do, nor where it came from. But I advise you all to steer clear of the mist until we know what happens when a cat comes in contact with the mist–on accident, of course."

The meeting ended as Stormstar got off the Highstone. Rainpelt walked onto a flat area of stone with Mistyleaf and Bluepaw. He sat down with them.

"Redpaw seems to be getting better." Rainpelt said to the two she-cats.

"What do we do about the mist?" Bluepaw asked her mentor.

"We will have to avoid it until StarClan sends a sign of what it does." Rainpelt replied. And just hope it doesn't kill a cat, Rainpelt thought.
