Anything with a "*" after it is not recommended for using in a Warriors fanfiction and are the work of my inexperience of writing an amazing Warriors fanfiction. This series was written as my first Warriors fanfiction series and I have much improved in my writing.

A luminous claw-moon hid behind dark gray clouds above a gorge. Not a sound could be heard other than the trickling of water from the waterfall.

Two cats sat beside an unmoving shape in a cave behind the waterfall. These two cats were a she-cat and a tom.

The she-cat murmured, "They cannot live while ours has died."

The tom glanced at her and meowed, "We cannot kill a cat! That is why our daughter is dead!"

At that moment, the she-cat flicked her tail at the shape before them.

"She has been killed by other cats. They must face the same fate."

After thinking for a while, the tom got to his paws and padded towards the back of the cave.

He hesitated, then meowed, "Things can be different this time, Oakpelt. We do not have to destroy our enemies to avenge her."

Oakpelt hissed at him, then dashed up the half-stones to the top of the gorge. The tom huffed and lay down.
