"What are you doing hunting on WindClan territory?!?" Opalfur snapped.

The tom looked directly in her face, and he didn't reply.

"Answer me you fox-heart!!" Opalfur growled.

The tom still wouldn't answer.

"Opalfur!!!" Skysplash called "Where are you!!??"

Opalfur looked at the trespasser, his eyes looked pleading.

"If you let me go, I'll tell you everything tonight, right here! Please!" the tom pleaded.

Opalfur debated with herself. She heard Skysplash getting closer.

Opalfur let go. "Go!" she whispered, "Go before the rest of the patrol gets here!!"

The cat ran off, and Skysplash entered the bushes where Opalfur was.
"Hey what was it.... I SMELL THUNDERCLAN!!!" She shrieked.

Opalfur's neck began to fluff up, she had to think of an excuse!

"A ThunderClan warrior attacked me, he got away." Opalfur lied.

"But you don't have any scratches in you." Skyplash said.

Opalfur winced, "Must have attacked me without claws, stupid ThunderClan cat! Always has been soft, always will be!"

Skysplash looked directly in Opalfur's face. She looked wary.

"I'm not lying!" Opalfur said.

"Let's get back to the patrol..." Skysplash said.

~time skip~

It was later at night, the nearly full moon shining through the sky, Opalfur walked gingerly on the moor.

"PSSST!" A voice called.

Opalfur jumped, "who is it?!" she whisper-yelled back.

The ginger tom came out of the bushes, stepping closer to Opalfur.

"I'm Pineneedle of ThunderClan, and you must be Opalfur, am I correct?" the tom said.

"H-how do you know my name?" Opalfur questioned, "And what were you doing on my territory?"

Pineneedle laughed, "Your friend called your name, and I- I don't really know, I just- I just had to..." He laughed.

Opalfur could feel her face heat up. What is this tom doing?!

Pineneedle weaved around Opalfur, "I just... needed to see you! I can't explain, it's like StarClan wants me to meet you! It made adrenaline course through my veins every time I saw you! I just don't know Opalfur, do you feel the same way?"

Opalfur looked at Pineneedle. Of course she felt something, but she wasn't sure what.

"Dawn is approaching, I must go back to my Clan, will we see each other again??" Pineneedle asked.

"I-I don't know, the Gathering is tomorrow so... I guess I'll see you then." Opalfur said.

"Goodbye.." Pineneedle said as he shrunk into the bushes.

"Oh StarClan what am I doing??" Opalfur whispered.
