Greystripe stood in the court. "Judge Firestar presiding, everyone please rise." Firestar looked seriously down on the cats. "Order, Order in the court!" Firestar's yowl rang out among the cats. "This is the trial of the cats vs Darkstripe!" Darkstripe was dragged in by a few cats. He was then chained to a chair. Firestar looked down on him. "I call to the stand, the sat witness, Sorreltail." Sorreltail walked up.

"Your honor, as a kit I was nearly killed! I was feed deathberries!" Sorreltail shot a furious glance at Darkstripe.

"Thank you Sorreltail. Darkstripe, do you have anything to say in your defense?" Firestar looked at the dark tom.

"I looked up to Tigerstar. I wanted to be like him. Then I was only proving my undying loyalty. Can you blame a cat for this?" Firestar slowly nodded. "You have a point. Any evidence against this?" Greystripe looked up. "Your honor, I have something to say."

"... Go on, Greystripe." Greystripe nodded.
"Darkstripe should have followed his leader. Instead, he tried to kill you. He is not loyal to who he should be, but who he wants to be."

"... Based on the evidence I have received, I have no choice but to order the defendant, Darkstripe, guilty. You will be sentenced to jail for life." And with that, he was dragged off.
