It was slightly after dawn when Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and the other apprentices had woken up. As soon as they did they only noticed two mentors out of the five mentors there should have been. Of course they would be missing one because of Derpy's injury, but why only two?

Then Celestia came out of her den and straight towards the apprentices, "Spitfire, because of Sombra's fate you will continue your training with Moon Shadow. I had already talked to him and he agreed." Spitfire looked up at the stars that were slowly fading away. She must be pleading to StarClan. "I know you do not want to go on with our him, nor do I, but the life of the clan must carry on..." Celestia paused as licked Spitfire's nose, "Do it for him. Make him proud." Celestia finally finished. Spitfire nodded solemnly but you could see the pain and sorrow in her eyes.

Celestia turned to her own apprentice, Rainbow Dash, "I can not start training with you immediately. I have far too much to deal with. So you will join Pinkie Pie and Cadence for their training until I am ready." Rainbow nodded but Pinkie was about to burst with excitement. As soon as Celestia went back to her den Pinkie started to well...burst. Oh StarClan help me...

"ThisissoexcitingareyouexcitedcauseI'mexcitiedI'veneverbeensoexcitedexceptforthetimeyoifirstwalkedintocampandIwent*huge gasp* Don't you remember?!?" "Um...sure..." Rainbow said.

Moon Shadow had just walked out of the warriors' den, he yawned then stretched and then he signaled Spitfire to come to him. "Bye Soarin, Pinkie, kittypet." The yellow apprentice said and with a flick of her firery tail she left to go train with her new mentor. Cadence flicked her tail after she was talking with Soarin's mentor, Starswhirl. The trio of young cats slowly walked to their mentors.
