Rainbow Dash sat there and watched as Celestia as she regained consciousness. "Are you okay?" the apprentice questioned. The white cat slowly got up, "I'm fine." she growled. When the she-cat finally got on her paws. She looked around and said, "We must keep moving, we must make it back tonight."

Luna looked at her littermate, "You are speaking nonsense, Celestia. You just lost a life you need rest." Luna looked at Candy, "May we sleep in your barn tonight? If it's not any trouble." The blue loner dipped her head, "Of course, follow me." she then turned and started to walk and the ThunderClan cats followed.

Rainbow tasted the air as the cats approached Candy's barn, the sent of mice filled her nostrils. She then turned to Luna," May we hunt?" The navy blue she-cat looked at Celestia who just nodded then turned back to the apprentices. "You may but be careful." she mewed calmly as she laid down near her sister. Rainbow sniffed the air again and went into a hunter's crouch. On the other side of the barn Spitfire did the same, her flame-colored tail waving in the air.
If she keeps it up the prey will think the barn is on fire...
Rainbow purred at her own thought as she heard small feet scurrying across the barn's stone floor. Rainbow froze as she looked where the noise was coming from. There stood a plump mouse feeding on the bales of hay. "Gotcha..." Rainbow whispered as she pounced on the mouse her claws grabbing the rodent killing it instantly.

As she held the mouse in her jaws the scent of fresh-kill made her mouth water. "Come on, Dashie. It's for Celestia and Luna, not you." She hissed to herself as she approached the she-cats. Spitfire approached the pair too, her golden eyes fixed on Rainbow. Dash glared at Spitfire more aggressively as she picked up her pace. Arriving before Spitfire, Rainbow Dash dropped her fresh-kill in front of Luna, while Spitfire dropped her kill by Celestia.

The apprentices glared at each other but then turned away from each other. "Stupid kittypet..." Spitfire tried to hiss under her breath. Rainbow stopped in her tracks, so did everyone else in the barn besides Spitfire. Rainbow turned to face the yellow apprentice, "What, did you call me?" she growled. Celestia and Luna exchanged glances in between the two apprentices. Luna opened her mouth to say something, but Celestia covered her mouth with her tail.

Spitfire let out a purr of amusement as she turned to face Rainbow Dash, "Why does it matter? You're not going to anything are you...kittypet?" she smirked. Rainbow unsheathed her claws, a whipped her tail back and forth.
Come on, Dash. Keep your cool.
"See we should have never have let this kittypet into out camp. She'll never fight in a real battle. She'll just run back to her twolegs." Spitfire mocked. Luna stood up, "Okay that's enough..." But Celestia made her shush again, "Let them..." She hissed to her sister keeping her lavender eyes fixed on the two apprentices.

"Defy me one more time and you'll become a hairless cat!" Rainbow growled finally losing her cool, going into a hunter's crouch. Spitfire did the same, "I'd like to see you try..." She said narrowing her eyes. At that moment Rainbow Dash pounced claws unsheathed, teeth bared.

  Rainbow's claws raked the sides of Spitfire making the cat yowl in pain. Spitfire scratched Rainbow's muzzle. "That's enough!" Luna yowled as she got in between the two. "This is ridiculous! You both know ShadowClan is planning an attack yet you two still decide to fight! What help are you two cooped up in the Tech's den during battle?" Both apprentices looked down at their paws feeling ashamed, "Sorry..." they both mumbled in unison. "Now get some sleep." Luna ordered the two.

Rainbow couldn't sleep with all of the hay on the cold stone floor but she didn't want to risk getting in more trouble so she stayed still and listened. "What was up with you Celestia?" Luna hissed to her sister who Rainbow thought was asleep. The ThunderClan leader's head popped up, "What do you mean, Luna?"

"What do you mean?" Luna mumbled as she rolled her eyes at her littermate, "I mean how you were acting so bloodthirsty. She ready for blood to spill. You were worse that Discord himself!" Luna hissed back a hint of annoyance in her voice. Celestia laid back down again, "Nonsense, Luna." The leader closed her eyes. Luna stared at her sister before going to sleep.
