Rainbow's eyes opened to her first dream with StarClan. She had awoken in camp surrounded by other cats. Suddenly the was a strange yowl and the stench of ShadowClan rushed into her nostrils. Then a whole patrol of ShadowClan warriors rushed into camp, claws unsheathed.

Suddenly Rainbow was awoken when she looked around Celestia has awoken at the same time. She quickly awoke Luna and Spitfire.
"We need to go back as soon as possible!" Celestia ordered. Luna and Spitfire quickly arose to their paws and all four of the she-cats rushed out of Mouthermouth and headed towards ThunderClan territory.

"Can some tell me why we're going back in such a hurry?" Spitfire said as she ran through the WindClan moors behind Rainbow, Celestia and Luna. "Because StarClan showed us that ShadowClan is planning an attack on us. And thinking about Discord's behavior at the Gathering I don't think it's over something like territory or prey." Luna said running full speed through the moor. "Why else would we be hurrying back, genius?" Rainbow growled as she started to run faster eventually ahead of the others. "Let's stop here and rest for a bit." Luna said. "No, we have to keep going! Discord will not rest until he has the whole forest to himself." Celestia panted. 

  Suddenly a light light cat with a light pink and teal tail jumped out in front of the ThunderClan cats. "Celestia! Don't go this way! It's infested with rats." The cat warned. "Thank you Candy, but there is no need we can fight off a couple of crow-food eating rodents." Luna said looking at the loner with cold eyes. "Alright, I understand Luna, but at least let me escort you through." Luna had opened her mouth to speak but Celestia silenced her, "Very well, Candy. Lead the way." The majestic white she-cat said. Now with a green-eyed loner leading the five she-cats crept through the forest trying not to awake the rats that lay somewhere in the forest.

 Suddenly there was a crack from behind. Rainbow turned to see that Spitfire had stepped  on a twig. "What have you done you fool?" Luna hissed at the yellow apprentice who's ears were flatted with fear. There was a rattle from the bushes ahead and then a flood of rats came in attacking the cats. "It's an ambush!" Celestia yowled. All five of the cats unsheathed their claws ready to fight off  the rats. 

 Rainbow Dash had clawed at what seemed to be tons of rats. She had either killed the rats or sent them squealing off. It was the same for almost all the cats but it seemed as Celestia was struggling. The ThunderClan leader was being engulfed in rats. "Tia!" Luna called as she ran over to her sister. The navy blue she-cat clawed rats off of her sister. Rainbow, Candy and Spitfire ran over to help. After awhile all the rats retreated. Celestia was laying there looking as lifeless as a frozen kit. "What's wrong? She's not dead is she?" Candy asked her tail flicking with nervousness. "She's fine. She's just losing another life." I hope it's not her last, Rainbow thought.
