Not quite as planned
Bellamy couldn't help but to close his eyes as the men through the powder on him and hosed him down. He clenched his teeth slightly. Forget the sting, just focus on her.
He could see Aleah clearly in his mind. Her brown hair was down except for several smaller braids. A gentle smile was etched onto her face. A soft black powder seemed to paint her face. Her dark eyes seemed to dance with light and helped to remind him that she was a puzzle waiting to be unraveled.
In the back of his mind, he could hear her soothing voice trying to comfort him. Stay strong, ai haihefa. You'll find a way out of this, you always do. For now, bide your time.
Outside of the dreaded Mountain, Aleah's thoughts ran along a similar path until a gunshot brought her to the present. In one quick moment, she jumped off of her horse to see what was going on.
She pulled to a stop as Octavia went in for the kill. The young Blake had only been Indra's second for several days, but already the improvement could be seen.
"Wait stop! We need him alive."
Aleah rolled her eyes, despite her seeing Clarke's point. "Oh, you're no fun."
Aleah wasn't just worried for Bellamy and the others in Mount Weather anymore. She worried for Lexa, Clarke, and herself. Maybe I should have left with John when I had the chance. The city of light is sounding pretty good right about now...
Despite the fact that the original plan had gone out the window, Bellamy Blake was officially 'in'. Grabbing the brim of his hat, he lowered the brim to cover his eyes. Just wait, Aleah. I'll get it done for you.
