Silverstar's P.O.V:
Silverstar led the evening border patrol through the warm forest. It had been a while since she led a patrol and Clearlight had reported some rogue scents inside the borders a few days back so Silverstar wanted to check them out herself.
As they reached the border, Silverstar flicked her tail and signaled for the patrol to stop. Sparklingfish, Fernpelt and his apprentice Demonpaw stopped behind her.
Silverstar bent her striped head down to sniff the border. "There is rogue scent... and fresh too." She raised her head and glanced around. "It must be nearby. Let's check the area."
They split up. Silverstar went with Sparklingfish and Fernpelt and Demonpaw went the other way together.
It was only a few minutes before Silverstar spotted the rogue. It was a midnight black tom. His back was turned and he seemed angry at something.
Silverstar whispered to Sparklingfish, "Let's sneak up on him and confront him." Then she added, "If he runs then we attack him."
The older she cat nodded and started towards the unsuspecting rogue. In a flash, they both sprung at him and he let out a snarl of surprise. He immediately unsheathed his claws and swiped at the two she cats angrily. "Stay back, wild cats!!"
Silverstar took at step towards him and watched him with calm eyes, "We do not want to attack you. But we need to speak with you." Her tail twitched, showing her uneasiness.
The tom hissed and made a run for it. Quickly, Sparklingfish gave chase and the nimble she cat caught up with the bulky tom easily and pinned him down with her claws.
Silverstar approached him again and stared straight into his unusually bright blue eyes. Then she let out a yowl to call Fernpelt and Demonpaw over.
The mentor and apprentice emerged from the bushes shortly after and observed the captured rogue in interest. "You found the intruder!" Gasped Demonpaw. The black she cat gave a small bounce and said, "Are we going to punish him for intruding? Can I be the first to claw his ears off?"
Fernpelt muttered sternly, "Shush, Silverstar will decide what to do with the rogue."
Demonpaw frowned and looked away, "I was just asking." She huffed and lashed her tail.
Silverstar twitched her whiskers and made up her mind, "We will bring the rogue to our camp and keep him there for a bit. I'll explain what will happen in a clan meeting."
Demonpaw brightened slightly, "Can I help drag him to camp?"
"I can walk by myself, you know!" The tom hissed and released himself from Sparklingfish's grip. His fur was bristling but Silverstar could tell he knew not to attack these cats.
Silverstar nodded, "I'll lead the way, Demonpaw and Fernpelt you stand on each of his sides and Sparklingfish, you take the rear. Make sure he does not get away." She began to pad back to camp with the others following closely behind.
She heard the rogue chuckle and whisper, "You really need four cats to make sure I don't run away? You must think pretty highly of me."
A low snarl from Demonpaw shut him up and Silverstar smiled.

Storm's P.O.V:
Storm looked down as the wild cats took him to their camp. He had heard stories of them from Cloud and the old tom had ordered Storm to never enter the forest. But in Storm's anger, he had ran into the woods without thinking and now he was capture.
Maybe he shouldn't have left Cloud. Then he wouldn't be in this mess...
He thought of a way to escape. He knew running would not work because of that fast she cat and fighting would end up killing him. He sighed, still thinking.
"Stop sighing." Muttered the young she cat, who was apparently named Demonpaw.
Storm rounded on her and unsheathed his claws, "Don't say a word!" Immediately after he spat that, claws dug into his cheek and he yelped in pain.
The cat who had clawed him, Fernpelt, hissed and warned, "Speak again and you'll have more than a bleeding cheek to worry about!"
Storm bared his teeth at the tom but said nothing. His cheek stung from the blow and he felt warm blood trickle down his face.
"Don't be too rough." The silver she cat at the front meowed. "Not yet." Her last words chilled Storm and he felt his heart beat faster with every step that brought him further towards their camp.
