Should I remake this book?

Of course I'll keep the original version, but I was thinking about remaking this book entirely. Instead of making Ashfur turn good at some point, I'll just make him be evil the whole time. And I'm not gonna make it as long as this one.  So maybe later, I will start on a remake.
