When the dawn of the morning breaks, our connection is severed.

You seem like a beautifully painful dream to me, hiding behind the makeshift walls that my mind creates.

When we dance within the world of dreams, it seems that all worries fade away.

Your calming hand takes mine, and we twirl to a serene melody that sounds so familiar.

Though you're not quite like me, and I'm not the same as you, the flickering fireflies still guide me back to you each night.

It feels like you're searching for me, while I'm aimlessly wandering for you.

So where are you tonight? Mystical boy of the other world.

Why do you not appear before me, extending a safe hand of acceptance?

The world outside of me is so excruciatingly scary. So please don't stray away for too long.

We gazed at the stars together, and told eachother our faintest dreams.

So please, tell me you'll come back to help make them a reality.
