I was back in my home, the place who accepted me when I was at my weakest. The people here gave me the respect I deserved. They were always beside me even if I was accused as a worthless monster, they had my back. Now after so many years I am standing in the same place, my people standing in front of waiting for the command, waiting for me to take the reign back as their Queen.

"My people, my family" I addressed them looking at everyone, there were many species standing before me, witches, warlock, fairies, mer people, pixies, warriors and much more. 

"Spread the words that war is coming" I yelled opening my hands and fire coming from it making a cackle sound. It took a shape of  a dragon and roared high in the sky before disappearing. Everyone looked at it with awe and cheered looking at the sky where it vanished.  

I sat on my throne and watched my people scattered around to prepare for the upcoming war. I looked at them proudly and called Amrada in front of me.

"Yes, my Queen" she bowed before me. I smiled at her, she took care of this place when I was gone. I am proud of her. "Did he wake up?" I asked her, she nodded her head knowing who 'he' I am referring here. "Very well then" I said and stood up from the throne and started walking toward the cave where he is awake. "Are we really going to destroy this world?" Amrada asked from behind me, her voice little uneasy. I chuckled and turned around to look at her, she bowed her head a little in submission. 

"Do you trust me?" I asked 

"With my life" she replied honestly making me smile. "Then trust me on this" I said and turned around walking away from her. My people need to trust me that I am not taking them to their doom that is the last thing I will do. I will die for these people rather than let them die but this war is important.

War has to happen.

I need justice.

And I will get it at any cost.

Even if it means fighting with Chase till Death?

I inhaled sharply, Emerald emotions are mine now and she attached herself to Chase. She already accepted him as her mate completing the first stage. Now if he wants, he can hear her thoughts and vice versa. I have to be careful. I can't let that King ruin this chance for me. 

Even if its fighting until one of us die- I replied to her question.

I entered in the cave and saw Alex sitting on the makeshift bed, his head in his hand and he was rubbing it to release the pain. Amrada gave him a portion so that he can heal and reverse the effect of Alyssa portion, it is working fine but it is painful for him. He released another groan. I quickly sat in front of him and holding his hands in my hand taking his pain away. He sighed in relief and closed his eyes taking a long breath. When he opened his eyes, his brown orbs meet my blue one. He looked confused for a second but then realization dawn on his face and he jerked his hands away from me rubbing them. He looked around himself  "Where am I? he asked in confusion but his voice sounded calm and collected and he sounded like Alex I knew.

Portion is wearing off.

I smiled and replied to him "We are in Baruna".

He turned his head sharply towards me and backed away a little "Why am I here?" he asked.

"You needed to heal" I responded without any emotion, I gave him a favor because Emerald seems to like him and she wanted to help him. The people in Midnight couldn't heal him when that Witch was there so I had to get him out of the place. After he will fully healed, I will let him to go back to this Kingdom. I don't want to hurt him nor want to use him in the war. He is free to make his own decisions.

Then suddenly he growled angrily "I thought she was different, she used me".

"You are fine now".

He looked at me furrowing "Why did you help me?". 

"Because she wanted me to" I replied standing up, I have to do some preparation before war broke out. 

"Where are you going?" he asked standing up from the bed and following after me. We both exit from the cave and he looked around his surroundings watching different species working together, his mouth opened in shock and he repeated his question again.

"You are fine now Alex, you can go home" I replied instead without looking at him and walking to my destination. "I am not going home before you tell me what's happening here?" he said gesturing around himself.

Why is he being so stubborn now?

"War is coming" I said which made him halt in his steps and he looked at me wide eyed. "No, you can't do that, lots of people will die" he yelled suddenly outraged with the idea. I shrugged my shoulders in response. I could care less, chaos will happen here and the people who are close to me will survive this only. 

"I can and I will" I said in strong voice, no one will stop me to achieve my goals. 

"What about Chase?" he asked following me, my heart skip a bit hearing his name. His name has that effect on Emerald. "Are you ready to sacrifice him as well?" he said.

I stopped in my track and turned around to look at him. He was standing mere distance away from me frowning at me. I shrugged my shoulders in response "We will see about that" and left him there, his mouth hanging open in shock and he didn't even utter a word.

No one will come in between when I will take my revenge.

Not even the handsome King.

I walked inside my chamber, my throne sitting in the middle looking proud. I slowly walked towards it and touched it cool texture with my fingers. I sighed and sat on my throne after so many years. I kind of missed it when I was lost. From here, I made so many decisions, so many choices. I still remember that day as clear when people of this place made me their Queen, respected me and gave me the love.

That's why I have to do this, it will create chaos in the entire world but this has to be done. For once, I am thinking about me and my cause.

For once I am caring about myself.

After that Everything will be just fine.

"You called for me, My Queen" Amrada said bowing in front of me. I was sitting on my throne inside my chamber. I nodded my head in response. "What is the lead about the Queen Witch" I asked her, I need her for my purpose. The grimace on her face gave me my answer but I waited for her to say anyway.

"We are trying My liege but she is too powerful to track down" She said with nervousness in her voice. I gave out a laugh "You don't need to be afraid of me, I won't hurt you" I assured her, I don't want my people to fear me. Her eyes widened but she quickly nodded her head. "Well if it was easy to find her then she wouldn't be that much powerful" I mused flickering my wrist a little.

"Then what do you suppose?" she asked curiously.

"Well, I guess, Emerald has to come forward to use her Witch side to find Aunt Cassy" I said, Emerald won't do this for me, she won't endanger her Aunt like that but when I will gave her no choice she will have to do what I say.

"And check that the Prince of Midnight shouldn't go out of this place" I smirked, she nodded and bowing her head again went out of the chamber.

Cassandra! where are you hiding? 

Emerald P.O.V

I groaned and opened my eyes staring at the ceiling which was emitting light. 

Who the hell use a ceiling like that?

I turned around to get back to my slumber and when it hit me and I suddenly sat up on the bed and looked around myself. I am in a chamber wearing a loose gown to sleep. 

I am definitely not in Midnight, that much I remember. Last thing I remembered was Rose taking Alex away from the castle.

I gasped when I remembered Alyssa was behind all of this. This is the cruel and cunning Witch behind the shy face she used to wore in front of us. That's why I willingly gave control to Rose this time, she have faced so much trouble. I think she deserve some sort of revenge not because she is a part of me but because Alyssa still haven't changed, she is still the cunning person, playing her cards right. Some one needs to put her in her place to make everything right.

I stood up from the comfortable bed and changed my clothing to warrior gears. 

One should always be ready to fight.

I walked outside of the chamber watching different creatures running in every direction for their work. I walked in the forest clueless searching for Alex. He must be here somewhere?

Why did she gave me the control back?

"My liege, As you ordered, Prince is in the chamber, you can meet him there" a faerie came and told me this, I furrowed my eyebrow in confusion. I certainly don't look like Rose right now so why is she calling me as her Queen? 

"Where is he?" I asked, I am searching for him, it will be good if she saves my time and lead me towards him. 

"Follow me, my Liege" she said bowing and started walking in the east direction. I walked beside her taking in her features, she is the same person who kidnapped me couple of days ago. She was their supposed Queen. She looked at me from the corner of her eyes and gave me a small smile.

"What's your name?" I asked the faerie.

 "Amrada, my Queen" she replied staring forward. I hummed in response. "You very well know that I am not Rose then why are you addressing me as your Queen?" I asked her in confusion. She gave me a quick smile "Because she is still you and you are still her".

The notion again!

We walked for a bit and then she stopped in front of a cave "He is inside" she said gesturing towards the entrance of the cave. I nodded and thanked her entering in the cave. Alex was sitting on a chair polishing his dagger.

"Hey" I said as I walked closer to him, he looked up from his work and his eyes met mine. He took in my attire. "So, she gave back control to you" he stated stopping his work, I shrugged my shoulder in response and sat beside him. 

"You know, she is proposing a war soon" he said stiffening in his seat. My eyes widened, she didn't tell me that. I thought she just wanted revenge with Alyssa and then she will calm down but there is different story I am listening. 

"And by your expression, I can tell you didn't know" he murmured loud enough for me to hear. I didn't respond to it. I was lost in my own thoughts.

She is starting a war.

Lots of people will die.

And I will be the cause of it.

I won't let her do that.

I shook my head and looked at Alex who was waiting for me to say something. "I am not letting her do that" I said with determination, I won't let her take control over my body and then she can't do anything. He nodded his head and sighed "Yeah, but this can only happen if you are in control" he said and stood up from his seat.

"I will be in control" I growled, ready to fight my inner battle. I won't let her win this time. She has done enough.

She already killed William, I am not letting her hurt any one else.

Revenge or not, she should be stopped!
