"I have given you everything, the luxuries, freedom of doing anything and roaming anywhere in this Castle, yet you disrespected your future queen" he spoke bitterly. Future Queen my *ss, this is not even my Kingdom. I scoff at his words. I just defended myself , its not a crime to defend if some one attack you physically or verbally. " I fu*king don't care" I spelled each word with pause so that it can get into his thick skull. He glared at me hard, I glared back not backing down. If its about my self respect, I will fight for it. "You will  care when all of this will be taken away from you and you will be treated as a prisoner" he smirked , looking at my confused expression. What now, is he going to imprison me like a Ruthless King he is.

Being Prisoner is better than here, she snapped angrily.

'You are right' anything will be better from here. "From now on, you are going to live with servants, eat with them and help them in kitchen, thats your punishment" he said seating down on the chair pleased with himself. Well I don't have any problem in living with servants, they are people as well and I bet they are better than him and his 'future queen', and about helping in kitchen, we will see about that. Once he will eat the food I will made, he won't be asking for other plate. I smirked internally.

You are terrible with food, she laughed at me.

"Alright" I agreed right away, this is better than living in prison. He looked at me perplexed for a second then a smirk appear on his face. 

What is he thinking now, I don't like that look on his face.

"And one more thing, you have to apologize to Annalise about your behavior" he said arrogantly, closing his eyes getting comfortable. A scowl appeared on my face hearing that, I won't be apologizing for the things I didn't regret. "Not in a million years" I snapped, I don't care what he will do to me but I will not do this. "Yes, you will" he grinned and without any comment stood up from the seat and walked away from there leaving me alone in this empty hall. What does he mean by that.

I walked into my room, well my previous room to collect my things when I saw a maid arranging the bed "Hey" I said coming closer to her. She looked at me for a bit accessing me from top to bottom. I never see her before. "You have allotted a new room with new clothes, come with me" she commanded walking outside of the door. I stood there confused for a bit. Okay. That was fast, he changed my room so quickly.

I don't know what he will do more, she said annoyed with his tactics

'I know, but we have to stay put, he want to break us' I said in my mind following the maid to my new room. She took me to the servants side where I have roamed multiple times to see Anna. Then we stopped in front of a white door, she brought key from her pocket and open the door. On the walk from my room to here, she didn't utter a single word. She looked a little snobby to me. She gestured me with her head to enter in the room, after dumping of what remaining clothes I actually owns, she looked at me annoyed. I didn't even do anything to her. 

"From now on, you are going to live here and wear the clothes from the cabinet there" she said pointing towards the wooden cabinet. "And do wake up at 5 O clock tomorrow, you have chores to do" she ordered me. Wow, wait what. "What chores?" I asked confused, brow furrowing in the process. "You are not a Queen nor a guest here, to earn food, you have to do cleaning, cooking, dusting and much more" she said bluntly like how did I even ask her the question.

He is making you a maid, her voice said bitterly

Without hearing my reply, she just walked pass me and went out of the room. I just stand in the same spot processing the conversation that just happened. I have to do chores. Then suddenly, a chuckle escaped my lips and I closed the door to my 'new' room. I looked at my surrounding taking in the view. I have a single bed with white duvet and white bed sheets. A little cabinet on the far left side for the clothes,  A table resting beside the bed and a door to the right- might be bathroom. All in all it was plain and bare room. I walked towards the bed and sat on it. What now. I am a maid!

Wow, total promotion- from princess to hostage to maid, just wow, she laughed  at my expense.

I rolled my eyes and chuckled with her. My life has changed drastically, its giving me whiplash. 

I guess we should do something about it, you cannot just let him push you around, came her voice.

'What can I do?' I muttered laying down on the bed and looking at the ceiling which was also bare white. This place is as boring as it looks. 

If I am gonna tell you everything, what you will do yourself, she snickered 

'I didn't ask for your help in the first place' I huffed and closed my eyes relaxing my muscles and I don't know at which point I went into deep slumber.

I opened my eyes and looked at my surrounding, this time I was lying on the ground. Not again.I didn't ask for solace. I got up from the ground and looked at my surroundings searching for her. 

'Rose' I shouted knowing she is here somewhere. I am in the Baruna mountains thats for sure. By looking at the familiarity of the place. 'Rose' I tried again slowly walking to find my ways. Well there is no way though, only Rose can get me out of this place. I have to find her. I tried again for several times but only reply was the silence of this beautiful place. I sighed and sit against a tree. 

Can you even sleep in your sleep?

'Boo' A voice came from beside me slightly startling me. 'What the hell' I half yelled at her in anger. First of all, she is the one who got me in here, and now she is showing up after me searching for so many times. She started chuckling looking at my angered face. 

'Where were you?' I asked calming down my heart beat by taking slow deep breaths. She always get the reaction out of me. She grinned getting comfortable on the ground in front of me. ' I was behind you all this time but you didn't notice' she said like its my mistake that I couldn't find her. I huffed fed up by her childish behavior. 'Can you be serious for a minute?' I snapped feeling irritated all of a sudden. My life is a mess just because for her. And she is taking it like a joke. 'Well I am serious, I have been serious from the start' she started stretching her legs in front of her to get comfortable. '

Yeah, I can see that' sarcasm was my reply. If she would have been serious from the start then we won't be in this situation right now. 'Well, I am serious, why I am getting you here every time, why do you feel a pull to this place?' she said making me more confused. Yeah, this place called me every time I walk past it but it happened to every one, why would I be any different. 

'I don't understand' my eyebrow furrowed together. She sighed , 'All right, lets do it simple, we can break the spell by coming here, in this place, we will be free' she said , spreading her arms to show what she means. I raised my eyebrow listening to her, 'How?' I asked her again, then realization dawn on me, this place is enchanted, no magic work here. Maybe, just maybe we can break the spell here. 'Now you understand' she smirked.

'Well you could have told me that earlier' I scowled at her thinking of all the time I have to bear just because my powers were bounding to the spell. 'You should be happy that I even told you otherwise, you would be bearing that King child' she laughed some more like the idea appeal her. 'Oh but you are forgetting that you are me and I am you' I said remembering this line from one of my dreams but they were kind of blurry so I just remember bits and pieces. She somber up quickly and looked me in weird way. 'What' I asked, 'Nothing' she quickly shook her head. I looked at her weirdly but dismissed it as I know she is weird. 

'Time to go'  she said and with the snap of her finger, I was back to my plain room.

'So much for a dream' I whispered opening my eyes and looking at the bare ceiling. If I can go to Baruna, everything can be fine but I have to figure out how I will get out from here.

Well thats seem like an impossible task, she muttered 

I rolled my eyes, nothing is possible if you are determined to do it. 

Uh, Determination, such a strong word, she said or more like mocked me

'What ever' I muttered and stood up from the bed when I heard knocking on the door, I went to open the door and saw Alex standing there smiling cheekily at me. 

At least a person who is happy here.

I huffed and raised my eye brow looking at him "What are you doing here?" I asked crossing my arms across my chest, "Can't I be happy to see the favorite girl of mine" he again gave me his million dollar smile. Favorite girl my ass. He just sprinted away from the dining hall leaving me alone.

You can't expect from him that much, I heard her voice

I rolled my eyes at her reply, "If you roll your eyes that much they will get struck" he chuckled passing by me and entering in my 'room'. This remind me of Caleb. Oh how I miss him so much. "I didn't give you the permission to enter here" I glared at him when I saw him sitting on my bed getting comfortable. "You are forgetting, I am the Prince, so all things belong to me" he said folding his leg together. 

Show off. 

"What are you doing here?" I said walking towards him and standing a good feet away. "I was thinking when you will ask me this, Well we have a ball tomorrow night in the honor of me coming back" he explained like it is a very big celebration. I rolled my eyes at his cockiness. 

"So" I sassed, Why would I care if there is a ball or not.

Maybe you can run away

I huffed, I can't run away but I have to find a away to get away from here.

"I need a date for the event and I am choosing you to come with me" he completed looking at me expectantly, "Hell no, I am not coming as your date there, besides I am not going at all" I frowned, his expression dulled a little but he again put a smile on his face. "Sweetheart, Your King is going with his Queen and I am the second best option beside if you don't go as my date you still have to be available there as a servant" he said like they are the only options I have. I scowled at him, and there is a pain in my heart hearing Chase is going with the Queen Bitch.

Of course he is going with her, after all she is the future Queen, she said tauntingly

'I don't care' I replied to her in careless tone.

I know very well about what you care or what not, was her reply and then she shut me out.

"Tell me your answer" he looked at me, raising his eye brow questionably. Oh I forget he was still here. What to do, what to do. "Alright, I will go with you" I said finally, and the smile stretched on his mouth. "I knew it" he jumped up from the bed and stood in front of me. "But it doesn't mean anything" I cleared, if he is thinking by being nice to me, he has a chance so he is wrong. He held up his hand in front of him in surrender gesture "You are my brother's mate, I wouldn't think of it".

I rolled my eyes, mate my ass. Its just a title we are forcefully bond with, nothing else.
