I gape at both of them in shock. 

If they are thinking that I am going with this bullshit. Think again. 

"What did you just say?" I gritted my teeth in anger. My breathing became ragged hearing this, Rose is not with me so I don't have to worry for her to come forward but I have to control this anger. "I said you have to carry my heir because only my mate can give birth to my child" he said like this idea repulse him but he have no other choice. All the sweet talks, long looks were just a facade. He never liked me from the start. He was just acting all along. I don't know why but hearing that my heart hurt a little. 

Must be the mate bond. Gosh I hate emotions. 

"I am not doing such thing for people like you, I am not a thing that you can buy from the market and after enough use can throw me away" I snapped at them. The woman had the decency to laugh at me like I am cracking some jokes. 

I will wring your neck barbie part 2. 

"Well, you look like some low less creature, At least we are providing you house to stay and food to eat. You should show some gratitude" her voice bitter. I f*cking don't care. I started laughing at her words. Like literally laughing with tears in my eyes. "Oh dear you are so funny" I giggled, I need a home to stay and I would take refuge in my enemy kingdom(note the sarcasm), I need food to eat, I would rather eat their eye balls without batting an eyelashes (That would be Rose on the last part). 

"Whats so funny about that, you low class creature!" she growled showing her perfect teeth. Chase looked annoyed as well and here I thought he was too happy to find his mate. 

Father was right. These Midnightians are monsters. They do not heed to the emotions or relations. 

"Well this is the most funny thing that you think I would want house or food from you people, I would rather sleep in forest than be here" I said truthfully, and it is the truth I don't need home to sleep, I am trained to endure any temperature or sleep in any surroundings. "You ungrateful being" she said bewildered and lunged at me to attack.

I didn't even say any offensive thing. She is just so violent.

I step away to avoid her attack and she crashed in the chair behind me. She stood up again, "That's enough Annalise" his voice boomed in the whole hall. It send a shudder down my spine. 

I just hate it how his voice has so much effect on me. 

She huffed but leave me alone and went to stood beside him. He was standing as well. Well they deserve each other. "And you listen here" he said glaring at me, I scoffed at this. I don't even listen to my father, who is he then. "If you do not cooperate, I will kill your friends right here, right now, and even after that I will force you to do what I want" he said coldly, cruel look appear on his face. Unknowingly my eyes welled up with tears which I couldn't control. He scoffed seeing that,  I do not know why it hurts, it wasn't like a physical pain I endure so many time, it was emotional, like my heart is ripping , why I am even crying, its not like he can force me to do anything. I am just waiting for my powers to came back. Then him and his b*tch will pay. I force myself to swallow those pain and tears, stood tall looking at him in the eyes 

"I will do everything you want me to do" I started in hard voice. Smirk appear on his face hearing that I cave in "But let my friends go" I completed my sentence. 

If they stay here more, I will be forced to abide by his rules. 

No, No , I know you will try to run away after that, I can't just take away the only bait I have against you" he said objecting my idea. "I promise you that I won't run away and I am a Warrior, We can die but won't break the promise, Besides, Is your security is that bad that they can't even stop a harm less being" I taunted him 

I won't run away from here. I will make them writhe in pain and pay for what they did to others then I will walk away from here, head held high. 

He looked at me hard for a minute.

"Alright then, if you do everything accordingly then I will let your friends go" he finally answered. "Baby, we have a meeting in ten minutes" that blonde said closing her eyes for a brief time. Chase nodded in her direction "Go to your room" with that said he walked to the door followed by the b*tch, but she stopped and turn around to look at me "If you think being mate with him, he will be yours, Think again because King of Midnight doesn't have a heart" she smirked and continued to walked out of the door. I sighed and sat on the nearby chair exhausted with problems that thrusting upon me after one another. 

I miss my home .

Third person P.O.V

Emerald was tense sitting on the chair alone in the dining room, holding her head in her hands to stop the headache that are coming to her. A cry escaped from her lips but the pain doesn't stopped there, it continue to grow more. It was now impossible to hold the pain, a scream escaped from her lips emitting in the whole castle and then she passed out from the pain, her body sprawled on the floor. King was walking for his meeting with the neighboring King, when he heard her scream, he quickly turned around and run in the direction where he came from. 

What have she done now? 

He thought while he ran full speed, beautiful blonde was after him at a low pace. She doesn't care about the woman one bit. At first she repulsed the idea of another woman sharing her man. She love Chase dearly and she knew Chase desire for her as well but he can never love her and she was alright with it, at least she will be with him. But now that woman came in their life creating lots of problem. She know he doesn't care about that Emerald but she will give him a heir and thats what she hate the most. She wanted to be the one who start a family with Chase whom she loves so much. But it cannot happen and she has to agree that they will just use the woman to get the baby and then they don't have to worry about anything. It seems cruel but thats the only option and if its make Chase happy, she will have to accept it. When Chase entered in the hall, he saw Emerald passed out on the floor. There was no worry on his face, just a frown itched, She is just so fragile. 

How will she carry my child. 

He thought scoffing at the idea of having child with this girl. He quickly walked towards her, touched her forehead and scanned her body for any injuries but there was none. He took her in his strong arms. She was light weighted, he admitted that he never saw that type of beauty in his life and he has a fair share of woman. He shouldn't forget she is nothing but a step to make him more powerful.  

Emerald P.O.V

"Ow" I groaned, feeling headache coming. I sat up from the floor, My clothes were all wet. 

Wet? Last time I checked I was in the dinning hall mulling on my thoughts. 

I looked around to see trees surrounding me, I looked down, I were sitting near a lake. 

Where the hell I am? 

I stood up from my position, ache in my head is dull now. I am wearing the same clothes that is blue shirt and shorts. Now I feel disgusted wearing his clothes. But this is not the time, I have to figure out where I am right now. I jumped through a bark and started walking in the forest. 

Its looks familiar. Like I have been here before. But When? 

I checked my surrounding to find something or some one but it looks like I am the only person here. There are no birds chirping, animal sounds, anything. Its just silence in the whole place. Then I did the most cliche thing "Is any one here" I shouted even knowing myself that I am alone here but the silence I can't bear. I heard a shuffling behind the bushes . I looked there to find a body lying on the ground, face front on the floor. She was wearing a white dress, blonde hair cascading down her back, I quickly run towards her to help her. I turned her body around to see the same face staring at me but with different eyes. 

"What the-" I gasped getting away from the body. She was looking at me with her blue eyes. She is me. 

But how can that be possible. Where am I?

"Who are you?" I finally asked calming my heart beat. She sat up, back against a tree and looked at me. "Well , I am you and you are me" she replied making me more confused. She huffed like she is talking to a toddler. "I am Rose, How can you be so dumb" she scoffed closing her eyes for a moment. I looked at her from head to toe. She looked exactly like me except for blonde hair and blue eyes. I never knew when I transform into Rose, my hair color change as well. Nobody told me either. Besides she doesn't come forward a lot. Well thats explain it. 

"Why am I here?" I asked gesturing towards this place. "You were unstable and you needed solace so I called you here" she replied casually. Like calling me here is not a big deal. I nodded in understanding, I do needed some one because my emotions were haywire. "When are you coming back, when is my powers coming back?" I asked the question that has been tugging at my mind every time. "Oh, always forward" she smirked. "I am in no condition to help you right now, the spell is bounding me here, so I am kind of useless for the time being" she said making me disappoint. 

This is just getting better and better. 

"Then how I am gonna face Chase alone" I groaned feeling help less. Yeah, I am Sabriyan, I am powerful but Rose is bound to me since I remember and she is a part of me. I need her. "He is hot, isn't he? she asked instead waiting for my reply. "Are you mad, he is monster, he wants me to have his child, he is using me" I growled, she is not taking this seriously. She made a sound with her tongue like she tasted something sour. "Well he was a hot one though-" she started and stopped herself when I glared at her. "Be serious here" I snapped at her, this is not the time to make useless comments. She huffed "Just wait for your powers to come back until then don't do something stupid, it will be bad for the both of us" she said seriously. Like I didn't know that before. "Tell me something useful, I already know that" I huffed leaning against a tree. This place is creepy but some where is better than King's castle. She glared at me "This is useful, control your anger, give me enough time so that I could break this spell and then we will break them" she smirked in the end. Well the idea is good. "Deal, just do it as soon as possible" I replied , she just nodded in response. 

"Why this place look so familiar?" I asked confused. She opened her eyes and smirked directly at me. "Because this is Baruna Mountains"  she replied smiling showing her teeth. 

Wow, thats why its look so familiar.
