This can not be happening. Not now at least. 

I looked at Cal, he has a frustrated expression on his face and on the other hand Kyle looked scared with all the commotions. People were running every where, there were guards in black uniform, same one who attacked me on earth are attacking people here. How the hell did he find out about us that early. Its not even half a day and we are already been tracked down. Then I saw a boy no more than twelve years old tripped down in the crowd and people pushing him under their steps. I quickly snatched my hand from Caleb and without further ado I went to help that boy. I kneeled in front of him and took him in my arms, protecting him. I can hear Caleb shouting my name to get me back. But I can not just left that boy here, this is cruelty. "Em, we don't have time, come on" Caleb said frantically running in my direction but got pushed away by mob of people. I couldn't even see where Kyle went. 

This is all messed up. 

"We have to go" I said to the Kid, he nodded in my direction and I stood up, taking him in my arms and running full force in the direction where I heard Cal voice last. But he wasn't there, I tried to look for them in the crowd but it seems impossible right now. I looked at the child, he has tears running down on his cheeks and fear in his innocent eyes. I took us both near a tree, away from the crowd. "Where are your parents?" I asked in calming voice and looked at his body for any injuries. To my relief, he has none.  "I lost them in the crowd" he shook his head and looked at the crowd . Suddenly everything became silent. I peaked behind the tree to see the situation. To my horror, crowd stopped running , they were frozen in their place kneeling down, guards surrounding them, Sword in their hands in attacking position. Then my eyes widened when I saw him standing in the middle, looking regal and powerful. He stood taller with shiny sword in his hand. A crown resting on his head. He also wore his Kingly attire. I gulped looking at him, he looked dangerous but he is sinfully handsome. 

I shouldn't think about how handsome he is right now.  

For some reason, I couldn't tear my eyes away from him. He looked much better than he looked in my dreams. much more better.  I shook my head to stopped these thoughts. I avert my eyes from him to looked at the crowd and found Kyle kneeling there with a guard pointing his sword towards him. I clenched my jaw in anger. He can't even defend himself. Because of me, he is in this position. I tried to find Caleb but in vain. 

"I am scared" Kid said, clutching my hand in his little one. I squeezed his hand to reassure him, "Don't be" I tried to soothe him looking at him. I again looked at the crowd to find a way to get out of this mess. My eyes involuntarily wondered towards Chase who was looking in every direction searching for something or rather someone. I have to get out from here to save the kid. If he finds him here, I am going to die, and that little boy will die with me which I can't take.  So I did what I thought would be right in this situation. "Stay here and don't come until it safe" I said to the kid and come out from my hiding position and took slow steps towards the King who was already looking in my direction. A smile spread on his lips when his eyes fell on me. I took deep breaths and slowly walked in his direction. All attention were on me right now. 

There is nothing I can do right now besides surrender.

He started walking in my direction, people parting their way to let him through. My slow steps come to a halt when he stood in front of me and looked me in the eyes. His dark brown eyes met my green one, looking deep into them. I held my breath, waiting for inevitable. 

I never thought I would meet him like that, in this  circumstances. I thought when I will meet him, my power would be back by then and I would fight with him. But this is different, I am no match to him, My dreams are coming true. 

He raised his right hand probably to attack me I guess. I closed my eyes in fear. 

This man standing in front of me giving me different emotions at time. I am feeling fear right now. But there is a different emotion as well which I can pin point. 

Then I felt his palm on my cheek caring it. What the hell is this, am I imagining it or did he hit me that hard that I am having hallucinations now. His touch was smooth like a feather. Tingle went through my body. I subconscious leaned into his touch. I opened my eyes startled by his behavior. When I looked at him, he was smiling at me. "I have finally found you, my Queen" he said making my eyes widened in shock. Is he going nuts. He should kill me, not showing damn affection. 

I took a step back to stay away from him and the feeling I am having right now merely by his touch. A frown touch his lips by the rejection. I cleared my head and asked the question which was in my mind "Are you not going to kill me?" I said with hard voice while internally I was shaking with different emotions. He frowned at me and tried to touch me again but I sidestepped to stay away from his touch. "Why would I kill you?" He asked in bewilder tone making me more confused. 

Did he just forget that I literally burned his castle.

"Because Rose--" I started saying but got interrupted by his growl. "Is she here?" He asked coldly, different than the tone he was using on me. He was looking in every direction which made me really confused. Why is he looking somewhere when I am standing right in front of him. "I will find her and when I do that it will be her last day" He said menacingly. 

Find her? Kill her.?He is making me more confused. 

Then he looked at me in confused manner "But how do you know her?" he said looking at me. And then realization dawn on me. He never saw my face when I was in his Kingdom. He don't know how Rose look like. Then why he is here? Then other realization made me take step back away from him. He just call me his Queen, what the hell he mean by that?  "Why did you call me your Queen?" I asked purposely ignoring his question. "Because you are my queen, Can't you feel the connection" He said smiling but  his smile fading by the end. I openly gawked at him.  

Yeah, I can feel the connection but I thought it was merely a attraction. And I can't be his mate. Sabrian don't get mates. They find love with time, not with forceful bond thrust upon them. When they marry each other , automatically a link create between them making them mates.

"This is impossible, I can't have a mate, you are lying" I said getting nauseated by the information. Never in million years, I would by any chance have a mate. I won't want this man standing in front of me as my life partner. I have heard stories about him that he is ruthless, he doesn't have a heart. Then, why fate paired me with him. He looked amused by my blabbering. "But its true, my love, we are mates, you are bonded to me" he said calmly. I looked around me trying to find way out of this situation. This can't be happening right now. "Get away from her" A shout came from behind me. When I turn around, I saw Caleb with a sword in his hand and a guard under his arm, sword pointing at his neck. Chase pushed me behind him and take a fighting stance, lots of guard came in our direction pointing their sword towards Caleb. "Get away from her monster" Caleb yelled again ignoring the guards who are now closing on him. I have to think fast.          

Chase P.O.V

I have finally found her. She is standing right in front of me, A beautiful angel only for me. I never thought monster like me can get this much lucky. Her rosy cheeks, green eyes resembling cherish forest where I can look all day. When that Oracle told me that I have destined mate, I thought she is playing but when I nearly killed her, She told me about the prophecy that my angel can be my new beginning or end. But looking at her right now I can only imagine our future together. "I have finally found you, my Queen" I said caressing  her cheek and feeling the tingles running through making smile appear on my face. Being in her presence making me calm otherwise I was here to destroy this whole town with a flick of my finger. But then she took a step away from me making my hand fall by my side. I frowned at her behavior. Did she not like me? Did she not feel our connections, tingles when we touch each other? And then she asked me the question I never thought she would ask me. "Are you not going to kill me?" she asked, her voice was hard but I can detect the shaking in her voice. She is afraid of me. My angel is afraid of me.  "Why would I kill you?" I asked surprise clearly visible on my face. I would never do that. I would die for her in a heart beat but hurting her, I can't even think about that. She said something about Rose which made my blood boil. A growl erupt from my mouth. I was here to find her. She harmed my people, destroyed my kingdom and made fun of me. I have been searching for her for six months and when I will find her, I will take my revenge . And Oh so Revenge will be so sweet. A cruel smile made its way to my lips.
