Firestar was chatting with Sandstorm. You glanced at her with disgust. She and you never got along. Even as apprentinces....

Flashback

"I bet I could climb higher than you, (yan)." Shouted Sandpaw. "No you can't." You meowed. You two scrambled up the tree. " I won!" Meowed Sandpaw in happines. "Ony because you cheated!" You squealed. "Whatever, let's go mouse brain." She meowed. You muttered something under your breath. Sandpaw and you climbed down and walked back to camp. "Hey Sandpaw and (yan).",meowed Firepaw. "Hello." Meowed Sandpaw flurtingly.

End of Flashback

You glanced at her belly. It was swollen. 'Firestar's kits,' you thought, 'lucky her.' Even thought you never wanted kits, you just hated seeing Sandstorm have them with Firestar. You sighed as Brambleclaw padded over to you. "You are on a hunting patrol with Greystripe, Sandstorm, and I. "Great." You smiled. Sandstorm looked at you and snickered. You flinched.

Time skip brought to you by.... Sandstorm! Yea!

"We will split into groups of two, Greystripe, go with ywn. Sandstorm will come with me." Meowed Brambleclaw. You nodded. 'Yes I'm not with Sandstorm.' You cheered in your head.

You and Greystripe padded deeper into the woods. The two of you hot three mice and two blackbirds. You two decided to sit and talk for a bit.

"Hey ywn how is life?" Asked Greystripe.
"It is fine." You meowed.
"I have seen the way you look at Firestar." He meowed, "You have a crush on him."

"W-what!" Ywn studdered.
"Well now I know it is obvious." He meowed.
"Let's just hunt!" You meowed padding away.
Greystripe rolled his eyes and followed.

The two of you brought the prey back to camp. You grabbed a vole. As you padded toward the corner of camp to eat it, you bumped into Firestar. He fell on you. The vole went flying.
Firestar looked at you.
"Sorry!" You meowed looking at him.
"I was looking for you anyway, Greystripe said you wanted to speak with me.
"Mouse dung!" You muttered.
"What?" He asked.
"Nothing, but could you get off please?" You asked.
"Sure ywn." Meowed Firestar getting off and sitting beside you. Ywn sat up.

"I like you, Firestar." You spat out not even realizing.
He likes your check. "I like you too." He meowed
"What about Sandstorm?" You asked.
"She chose Dustpelt over me." He meowed.
"Ohh." Ywn  meowed.
"You thought me and Sandstorm were mates, didn't you ywn?" He asked.
"Yea." You meowed.
"Well you be mine?" He asked.
"Forever and always." You meowed.

Finally, done! I got Firestarxreadrr done first so it won't get requested. I am working in requests right now so don't worry. Still request though. That's all! I hope you are enjoying the book so far.
