In the future... NOTE THAT THERE ARE SPOILERS IN THIS CHAPTER!

Echoflight stretched out her legs one by one. Her kits were now apprentices and were extremely close to having their warrior ceremony. They had gone out on their final assessment already. Redpaw was the only exception; he had trained as a medicine cat and was flourishing.

ThunderClan had changed in the past few moons. Greatly. The news of the Dynasty had made them all alarmed. Ravenflight, Ebonywind and Amberclaw had matured in the moons that they had been gone from the Clans. Dawnmist had changed too. She didn't need Echoflight anymore. The thought made her sad, so she tried not to think about it.

Without realizing, it was already sunhigh and Waterpaw and Daisypaw bounded into the camp, practically glowing with excitement.

"Mother! We passed!" Daisypaw yowled.

"Congratulations," Echoflight nuzzled both of them.

"Father! We passed!" Waterpaw escaped from her grasp to tell Frogfern.

"I heard, dear," Frogfern purred.

"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here for a Clan meeting!" Luckystar called, her muzzle starting to dot with grey.

Echoflight followed her kits over to the Highledge where they sat down as a family. Redpaw had come out of the medicine den and sat down with them. He didn't look jealous at all, and Echoflight was glad. Frogfern leaned his head on Echoflight and she licked his ears fondly. Gone were the days where they bickered and fought.

It was time to move on.

"Waterpaw, you have shown great gracefulness and have been very hardworking. I name you Waterfall." Luckystar licked his head and Waterfall stepped back, beaming with pride in a dignified way.

"Daisypaw, you have been very determined and a fast learner. I name you Daisypetal." Luckystar repeated the process with Daisypetal and Echoflight could see the joy radiating in her eyes.

"Waterfall! Daisypetal! Waterfall! Daisypetal!" the cats cheered, Echoflight making sure she was the loudest.

Waterfall and Daisypetal ran over to them and they shared a moment as a family.

Echoflight sat in the sun, thinking. Over the moons, she had treated many cats. Dawnmist, Amberclaw, Speckleflower, Silverspots, Ebonywind, Acornstar, the list went on. It was too much now. She had a family and a duty to them. She had to be there for her kits and maybe have another litter. She had missed out on raising Redpaw, Daisypetal and Waterfall, as she had been helping cats.

But how could she balance it all?

Then it hit.

She could take an apprentice.

Echoflight could imagine it. It would be perfect.

"Luckystar!" she leapt up, hollering.

The golden-brown she-cat looked over from the fresh-kill pile and padded to her. "Yes?"

"I need an apprentice!" she blurted.

"It's a good idea," Luckystar said after some thinking. "I agree. We can propose it at a gathering. Not the next one, it looks like it'll be stormy. But the one after that?"

"Great!" Echoflight nodded her head eagerly.

Echoflight returned to her family, purring with Frogfern as they talked about how their kits were all grown up now. Redpaw, Daisypetal and Waterfall joined them at sunset, and they ate as a family. Talking late into the night, Echoflight reflected on her life. She had helped many cats and she had been happy.

She could still remember the moment when her Clan didn't trust her. She could still remember making a promise to give everything to the Clan.

Well, young Echoflight, I've given everything and more. It's time to relax and have some me time.

A/N, short chapter, but that's the last chapter of this book (apart from the Epilogue!) Overall, i think i did really well. I finished writing the draft 6/10/22 and finished uploading them all not too long after that. It was much closer to the normal length of a super edition, compared to Demon's Fury. DarkClan's attack was still the longest, although it wasn't very well written. If you didn't know already, it's currently being rewritten^
