This is where cats go when they are at the border, to meet their mate from a different clan, to meet with a friend from a different clan, to wait for a patrol to take them to the other clan's camp, border patrols. Just remember some clans don't share borders, so to get to the clan that your clan doesn't share a border with, they will have to ask permission from another clan to cross through to another clan.
