I really, really like Clear Sky.

I recently finished the Dawn of the Clans series, and I am in love with him. -Quickly kicks Storm, Bright Stream and Star Flower away- heheheheh.

I love his character- far to proud to ever admit he's wrong, unless he desperately needs help, kind and caring to all his Clanmates and friends- and think he is a very well-developed character in Warrior Cats.

I love his connection with Gray Wing as well. We need more cats who fall out in these books, but not over petty things like toms *cough* IvypoolAndDovewing *cough*. I like how he and Gray Wing have completely different opinions of everything. It creates great tension between the two. Sometimes tension like this is bad, but with these two, it works.

I don't, however, like how he treated Thunder as a kit. I mean, come on! I don't see why he rejected him. It was pretty bad of him.

Though despite that, he did make up for that later on.

The real thing that riles me up is his choice of mates:

I looked these two. They were cute as a couple and you could understand where the love was coming from. I rate their relationship on a whole a 9/10.

Storm was an alright mate for him, but I hated seeing Gray Wing heartbroken like that. I shipped Storm and Gray Wing at that time, so of course I was bound to be a bit annoyed. But I love them now for creating Thunderstar. 7/10z

Just... Eww.

I mean, first of all, isn't she just a little young for you? Your son was in love with her as well. Inconsiderate much? I cringed when I found out that they loved each other, then put my kindle down. I do NOT ship this at all. I rate it a 2/10. The only reason it has any score is that Clear Sky was getting lonely, and needed someone.

Unfortunately, though, I have to admit that Star Flower probably changed him for the better. It was only after he became mates with her that he started to show real affection or maybe even love towards Thunder.

But overall, despite his poor choice in mate- twice he took away another cat's love- I love Clear Sky. With Crookedstar, Tallstar, Whitestorm and Gray Wing, he is in my top 5 toms.
